Code of Conduct For HQTS Partners
.This Code cf Conduct for HQTS Partners is released to promot€ and ensure the absolute integrity of HeTS,s
business dealings with its partners. lt is intended to establish clear compliance standards and ethical principies
to be obeyed by all partner"s.
lhis Code of Conduct applies to all HQTS par-tners and its employees, temporary workers, agents,
subcontractors, similar individuals or entities. HQTS partners refer to any party that either sells HQTS's products
or services, or provides products or services to HQTS. HQTS expects that all our partners to be familiar with and
comply with applicable laws and regulations and demonstrate high standards of business ethics.
1. LegalCompliance
Pa'tners must comply with applicable laws and i'egulations as well as any international laws and rules in force in
their place of ircorporation and the places in which they operate. Partners are expected to ensure cooperation
with HQTS will not be negatively affected due to legalcompliance problems.
2. Labor Protection
Paftners must provide their employees with a healthy work environment where they are treated with dignity
and fairness and ensure that their employees are free from discrimination or harassrnent for any reason
whatsoever, including skin color, ethnicity, age, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or politicai'affiliation.
Partners shall not directly or indirectly offer, promise to offer, make or receive any form of bribe to or from
government officials, political parties, or commercial-sector (non-public sector) parties, in order to win or retain
business or seek to influence a business decision inappropriately. This shall include offering or providing any
gift or hospitality which is excessive or inappropriate in nature for the purpose of obtaining any improper
advantage or illicit benefit. Briberies through HQTS employees or third parties shall not be allowed.
Employees are prohibited from offering, demanciing or accepting any valuable reward (such as cash, gifts,
hospitality or anY other personal benefits) that may be considered to affect the independence and impartiality
of testing activities.

4. lndependence and lmpartiality
Partners must maintain independence and objectivity in inspecting activities. Do not engage in activities that in

contradiction to inspection results or inspection data Partners should not participate in any activities that
impair the impartiality, independence and integrity of inspection. Partners should not participate in activities
such as product design, product research, products production, product supply, product installation, product
usage and product maintenance which are related to testing items or its competitive projects.
5. Conflict-of-lnterest Relationship
Paftners shall not engage in any investments, activities that conflict with the interest of HQTS quality inspection
business. Once partners know that they are facing cedain situation which may conflict with the interest of HQTS,
they should notice HQTS in time.
7. Confidential lnformation
Partners are responsible for the prudent use and protection of confidential information belonging to HQTS,
which also includes confidential information disclosed to HQTS by customers or business Bartners. Partners
shall not disclose or share with others any I-1QTS confidential information for the sake of your own interest.
8. Fair Competition
Partners should treat HQTS employees as well as their business partners fairly. Partners should not gain unfair
an advantage through manipulating, concealing, abusing, distorting important facts or by making any other
unfair transactions. Suppliers shall not engage in unfair trade activities such as collusive bidding, monopoly
price and price discrimination in violation of antitrust 1aws. Suppliers should adhere to princlples of fair business
practices in the area of advertising activities, sales or commercial competitions.
