Respectfully Sheweth,

1. That the above-mentioned writ petition is pending adjudication

before this Honorable Court.

2. That petitioners have approached this honorable court with a

request that they stand regularized on account of the fact that the
project there were working in was transferred from development to
no development side and petitioner had lawful right to be regularized.

3. That in line with motion accepted by National Assembly vide order

dated 10-10-2022 under Rule 224-B of Rules of procedure and
conduct of business in National Assembly 2007 with the TORs
mentioned in letter dated 04-11-2022.

4. That a bare perusal of said TORs clearly envisages that the said
committee constituted under Rule 224-B of Rules of procedure and
conduct of business in National Assembly 2007 will address the
issue of present petitioners in accordance with law and applicable
rules.
 5. That petitioners have prima facie faith and trust upon the
constitution of special committee constituted under 224-B of Rules of
procedure and conduct of business in National Assembly 2007 and
expect that their grievances will be addressed accordingly.

6. That petitioners feel satisfied if Writ Petition is disposed of in the

light of what has been stated above and they may raise their voice if
they are not satisfied with the decision of the said committee.

7. That petitioners want to place some additional documents on

record for adjudication of above titled writ petition and the enclosed
documents may please be allowed to be placed in the file of
petitionerswrit petition and permitted to be referred at the time of
hearing in the interest of justice and fair play.

8. That the said documents are crucial to the Petitioners case and
the Petitioners would suffer an irreparable loss if the same are not
admitted.

Prayer:

In view of the above submissions, it is, most respectfully prayed that the
application for placement of additional documents may kindly be
accepted and the copies of attached additional documents may kindly be
allowed to be placed on record and this Writ Petition be disposed of with a
direction to committee to consider the cases of petitioner in accordance
with law and applicable rules in the interest of justice and fair play.
