Senior Design Project – MISO Emissions Tracking Dashboard (Mid-Continent Independent System Operator)
• Dashboard will help MISO develop new electricity generation projects for various emissions targets set by MISO and
US Government
• Part of a team to design/develop/test a dashboard used by MISO and its customers to analyze public emissions data
• Worked and collaborated with the software engineering team at MISO
• Collaborated with MISO engineers to develop system requirements, project planning and scheduling
• Coordinated project development activities and design development efforts with MISO and ISU engineers
• Created the algorithms that filter various MISO emissions data into useable information (graphs, maps, charts) to help
understand environmental impact

Embedded Systems Roomba Obstacle Course - (2019)
• Developed the UI program for the navigation system of a Roomba unit using C and PuTTY
• Developed algorithms to create the UI that utilized an IR laser that determines obstacle location
• Worked and collaborated in an engineering team environment in order to meet design and system requirements
Android Studio Fitness Tracker App - (2021)
• Worked within a team environment to develop and plan an app utilizing Android studio

Temperature Sensor with Digital Output - (2022)
• Designed an integrated, low power, linear temperature sensor with digital output ranging from -20C to +100C
• Design included a temperature dependent source made with PMOS and NMOS transistors, operational amplifier,
analog-to-digital converter, and binary coded decimal to 7-segment display decoder.
