How will you apply all of what you have learned in this subject in your
current field? 

 Studying Jose Rizal’s life, works and writings seek to give us a thorough

understanding of his contributions to the creation of the Filipino nation. It helps us

comprehend and appreciate the impact of his ideas on our way of life and the future of

the Philippine Republic as well as the universality of his beliefs.

In the subject, The Life and Works of Jose Rizal, I can apply all my learnings by

assessing what I’ve learned and relating it to the field I chose. The admirable qualities of

intelligence, courageousness, and determination of Jose Rizal motivate me to pursue

and focus on the goals corresponding to my chosen field which is the field of information

technology. Most people are mystified as to why studying Rizal's life is essential when

all he did was write literature. Through his works, he exposed the true brutality and

abuse the Spaniards inflict on the Filipino people. As information technology students,

we are more focused on computers in which we can use data encoding to make some

of our goals in this area achieved. I also learned the importance of communication

which is an integral part of my chosen field. There have been a lot of miscommunication

issues with Rizal. A precise delivery of what we want to convey is crucial in life to

prevent misunderstandings. Communication skills are significant for careers in this field.

Information technology professionals must be able to write accurately and concisely

about their job, whether they are describing a project's scope or writing a user manual

for a new database. Studying The Life and Works of Jose Rizal inspired me to think

differently. Critical thinking is a domain-general reasoning aptitude which means, these

skills will always be useful and helpful to our success, regardless of the path or job we

take, not just in the field of information technology but in all fields. Technology,

information, and innovation are essential to our future. Our rapidly expanding

economies require critical thinking to handle issues as swiftly and effectively as feasible.

         Focusing on how this subject will help me achieve my long-term goal of getting a

job in information technology can make even the most boring study material appear

more interesting because I realize how crucial it is to my objectives.
