- Call per day -- maybe 12 to 15 but not focused on that number but the cases
resolved!!!

- Schedule? 8:00 - 9:30 - 11:30 - 14:00 // 10 hours! 1 hour to Lunch!

- Salary? -- Not all salaries are the same so it will be given in another sesion
