JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary – Management Trainee (Investment Team)

Roles and Responsibilities –

Intern would assist the Investment team in the entire life cycle of the investment process
including deal origination, deal screening, due diligence, market research and finalizing the deal.
He/she would actively participate in the Startup eco system
 Attend deal calls and summarize it in notes
Role 1  Analyze the startup deal
- Product/Service review
- Management experience
- Sector Analysis
- Competitor Analysis
- Financial Modelling
- Valuation Negotiation
- Information Memorandum preparation

JOBSPECIFICATIONS
Location Ahmedabad

Duration (in weeks) 2 months / 5 months

Stipend in INR (per month) 10K
