2022 Graduation Message

My warmest greetings to the school officials, administrators, faculty members and

advisers, teachers, parents, and guardians of the graduates and completers of School
Year 2021-2022!

On behalf of the Department of Education (DepEd), I am proud to celebrate the

successes, milestones, and achievements of this batch’s graduates and promoted
students in this year’s End-of-School-Year rites with the theme “K to 12 Graduates:
Pursuing Dreams and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity.”

In the past six years, we committed to our mandate to enhance the  quality  of education,
broaden its access, and ensure  its  relevance  in  the  rapidly  changing world.

DepEd endeavored to address each challenge by instituting programs and reforms in the
Department. We have fully implemented the K to  12  curriculum  and  the aggressive
reforms of Sulong EduKalidad to  produce  globally  competitive  learners and teachers.
We also expanded our mission  for  accessible  education  by strengthening the
Alternative Learning System (ALS) and the Last Mile Schools programs to reach more
Filipinos. Likewise, we  also  established  the  National Academy of Sports (NAS) and
Education Futures Unit to create more opportunities for our learners and anticipate the
future of the education system in the country.

Committed to sustaining this momentum, the Department developed and implemented

the Basic Education-Learning Continuity Program (BE-LCP), where we offered various
learning modalities and produced award-winning initiatives such as the DepEd TV and
DepEd Commons at the height of the pandemic. Eventually, the Department held its
ground against an unprecedented challenge in basic education as we progressively
expand the reintroduction of face-to-face classes in the country.

Indeed, education is truly a shared responsibility. This is why we express our utmost
appreciation to our dear parents and teachers for being our partners in nurturing the
youth throughout the years.

To the Class of 2022, resilience is in your blood. You have survived one of the toughest
times in human history, yet still embraced education as your primary tool to success. I
believe that with your passion and purpose, you can reach your dreams and change the
world.

May you keep on harnessing and imparting wisdom as together, we will build a nation of
competent global citizens and future leaders.

2022 GRADUATION MESSAGE

Batch 2022 Completers and Graduates, a pleasant day to all of you!
You are in a very momentous event of finishing your basic education at a time when
we are uncertain about so many things. We are meeting the challenges brought about
by COVID-19 pandemic and this should be a date to remember all your life because
you finished your basic education despite the adversities brought about by these
difficult times.
The theme for your Commencement Exercises: “K-12 Graduates Pursuing Dreams
and Fostering Resilience in the Face of Adversity” carries three very important
keywords and I would like to talk about them.
The first is Adversity. For the past two years, we have been faced with the challenges
brought about by this pandemic and it has changed our lifestyles. It has changed the
educational landscape abruptly. In fact, it is an irreversible change that we have
encountered. These are adversities that have, I suppose, helped all of us change our
ways in the past. For learners like you, these adversities that you faced have really
challenged you in a way that they have changed the way you feel about other people
particularly your classmates, parents, and teachers because of the lack of physical
interactions with all of them.
As usual and as a rule or law of nature, when we are faced with adversity, we
instinctively learn to be Resilient. I would like to believe that all of you graduates
have developed the quality of being resilient in times of difficulty and adversities.
You will carry this quality as you go through the higher level of education in college
or in technical courses or other courses that you may want to pursue. But, if there is
one important lesson you have learned from this pandemic, it is how to become
resilient to successfully face the challenges that come your way.
And finally, the very important word in your theme, Dreams! You are in the stage of
educational life where you start to dream of what you want to become in the future.
But do not just dream, do something to achieve them. I challenge all of you graduates
to make sure everything that you do is in pursuit of your dreams so that you will
become successful in the future. I challenge you to widen your circle, your circle of
life so that it will improve your aspirations for the future. Remember what they say,
our life is like enclosed in a circle. You cannot find your dreams inside your circles,
they are always found outside. So go out and explore. Chase your dreams. Pursue
your dreams. Do something to achieve these dreams.

Remember, dreams are outside your circle and so are other people. Other people who
will help you achieve your dreams, other people who will provide you with necessary
moral support and even financial support. Be careful not to hurt them in pursuit of
your dreams.

Again, let me congratulate you for being resilient despite adversities. Your being
resilient now will help you pursue your dreams in the future.

GRADUATION MESSAGE

Ipinaabot ko ang isang masayang pagbati sa ating mga guro at school staff, mga
magulang at higit sa lahat sa ating mga mag-aaral na magsisipagtapos ngayong
school year 2021-2022.

Isang napakalaking tagumpay nating lahat ang inyong graduation sa gitna ng umiiral
na pandemya. Sa kabila ng matinding hamon sa kalusugan ng mga mamamayan,
napagtagumpayan natin na isulong ang inyong edukasyon dahil tayo ay naniniwala
na isa ito sa pinakamahalagang bagay sa buhay ng tao. Ako ay nagpapasalamat ng
buong puso, sa mga nakikipagtulungan upang ang edukasyon ng ating mga kabataan
ay patuloy nating maitaguyod, kahit pa nga maraming balakid at hamon sa mga
panahon na ito. Mabuhay kayong lahat!

Ang ating Pamahalaang Bayan ay buo ang loob sa pagsasagawa ng mga hakbangin
upang mapagaan ang epekto ng pandemya at sa ganoon rin ay maging matibay ang
bawat mamamayan laban sa mga karamdaman. Ang pagpapalakas ng katawan ng
bawat isa ang isang prayoridad ng ating pamunuan. Kasama nito, ang pagsisikap
nating mapalakas ang kalusugan ng bawat isa ay upang maayos nating mabigyan ng
daan ang kinakailangang Face-to-Face classes. Nais rin nating mapanatiling maayos
at malakas ang kalusugan ng mga gumaganap ng mga tungkulin sa ating mga
paaralan kung kaya ganoon na lamang ang ating pagsisikap ukol sa maayos na
kalusugan ng bawat isa.

Sa inyo mga magsisipagtapos ngayong taon, tanggapin ninyo ang aming pagbati at
mga panalangin sa Panginoong Diyos na maging matagumpay kayo sa lahat ng
aspeto ng buhay na inyong gaganapan. Sana ay lagi ninyong isaisip ang pagsisikap at
pagdarasal upang maabot ang inyong mga adhikain sa buhay. Panatilihin sana natin
ang pagkakasundo sa bawat isa, pagmamalasakit at pagmamahal sa bayan. At buuin
ng mainam ang mga pangarap Ninyo sa buhay upang sabay-sabay natin na muling
hubugin ang isang masaya, masagana, mapayapa at malusog na bukas.

Kaming mga nagsipagtapos sa Mataas na Paaralan ng Bunducan, Purok ng

Kanlurang Nasugbu, Taong Panuruan dalawang libo dalawamput isa, dalawamput
dalawa (2021 – 2022) ay nanunumpang mamahalin namin ang aming paaralan at
magiging tapat sa pagpapanatili ng magandang simulaaing inihasik sa aming
murang isipan. Lagi naming isasaisip na huwag mabahiran ng pag-aalinlangan
magpakailanman ang paaralang pumanday sa aming isipan at humubog sa aming
wastong pag-uugali. Igagalang namin ang aming karaparatan ng bawat isa sampu
ng aming mga magulang, mga guro, at namumuno ng barangay upang kami ay
maging marangal na mamamayan. Patnubayan nawa kami ng Dakilang Maykapal.
