1. Reference: Philippine National Police Academy Cadet Admission Test

(PNPACAT).

2. In connection with the above reference, the undersigned cadet would like to
request for the security and accommodation of PNPACAT Proctors designated at
Notre Dame University, Cotabato City from the period of October 27 to 30, 2022.

3. This pertains for the support and assistance provided to the Cadets and
PNPA Personnel upon the performance of their official duties and responsibilities
regarding on the upcoming PNPACAT to be held at your jurisdiction. This request
includes hotel accommodation, transportation and ground security to assist the
PNPA Proctors and Personnel in performing their duties and responsibilities.

4. In addition, the total strength of proctors to be deployed are Sixteen (16)

Personalities composed of One (1) OPR, Thirteen (13) Cadets and Two (2) Other
Personnel from Philippine National Police Academy.

5. Furthermore, the PNPA personnel together with the cadets will conduct
courtesy call in your good office.
