This podcast is about permission marketing where the host is Hellen Parker and guests
are Charlie Silver and Jade Zoha Parker.
Charlie is currently the CEO of permission.io a company that is offering crypto rewards on behalf of advertisers. He told how his career started in permission marketing where they used to collect hundreds of data points of people wellbeing and health and we would ask permission if they would like to receive information on products and services that can help make their real age younger. Then he started a new company based on the same principles of permission but now the reward instead of content is crypto. He said that their DSP has the same functionality as the Google ad exchange or the prey desk. They have the same connections to the same supply which is the global internet but what makes them unique is the crypto rewards component that every ad that runs through it offers a reward in crypto to get somebody to opt-in. Clients agree to receive messages about their products and services while the company is going to give you 500 points or whatever the case. Once clients have granted permission to be marketed, they want to get more of the rewards. Clients stay loyal and connected to the company that is offering you this reward for your permission. He also added that any advertiser anywhere in the world can use it and we are running it as a service. But 6 months from now it will be totally automated so anyone can log on and run a campaign without even talking to us.
