Answer the following questions:

1. What are your preparations before performing your flexibility and calisthenic exercise ?
I perform a proper warm-up before doing flexibility and calisthenic exercises
because it is a safe way to reduce the risk of injury and to prepare yourself physically as
well as mentally for activity.

2. What did you feel while performing the routines?


I'm exhausted, which makes me happy because I did everything properly. Pushing
myself feels fantastic. It's not always easy, and some days need more self -motivation than
others, but the feeling of accomplishment is great. Exercise is totally worth it to me and I
intend to continue doing it in some manner.

3. Did you encounter problems while creating your routine in flexibility and practicing the
calisthenic exercise? How did you resolve those problems?
Yes, I encounter some problems while doing my routine in flexibility and practicing
the calisthenics exercises. I resolve those problems by practicing and watching videos
about it, so thankfully I learned, but sometimes I can’t avoid some mistakes while doing the
right routine or exercise.

4. What values did you gain from these activities?


I learnt about my strengths, limitations, and potential as a result of these activities.
It allows me to learn about proper exercise, develop my creativity by forming routines, have
a positive thought toward physical activity, and have social responsibility as a student and
groupmate because completing those activities in a group comes with its own set of
obligations as members.
