1. Please be informed that there will be a virtual meeting of the school heads of the
SSES implementing schools on 9:00 AM, Wednesday, 23 November 2022. On the
same day at 2:00 PM, a virtual meeting of the head teachers of the STE
implementing schools will also be held. The online link for the SSES and STE
implementers will be forwarded to their respective group accounts in the
Messenger instant messaging app and platform.

2. The agenda of the meeting include:

2.1 Status of the implementation of the special curricular program of the

school;

2.2 Submission of bi-annual reports for the 3rd and 4th quarters S.Y. 2021-2022
and program implementation reports among other deliverables; and

2.3 Other matters of concern.

3. Complete attendance of the persons concerned is highly anticipated.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this letter is earnestly desired.
