AFFIDAVIT OF DESISTANCE

I, JOANNA GO-CHAN, of legal age, Filipino and with office address at BMC
Gas Station No. 1 F Tańedo St., Tarlac City, after having been duly sworn in accordance
with law, hereby depose and say that:

1. I am the private complainant in the case for Qualified Theft

docketed as NPS DOCKET NO. III-17-INV-21J-1539 against SHAIRA
MALLARI and GERRY B. DEL ROSARIO;

2. In my presence they acknowledged and apologized the said

incident. After careful reflection and consideration of the events and thus,
finally and definitively decided that I am no longer interested in the
prosecution of the abovementioned case, against SHAIRA MALLARI and
GERRY B. DEL ROSARIO.

3. Accordingly, I am withdrawing my complaint against

SHAIRA MALLARI and GERRY B. DEL ROSARIO.

4. I am freely and voluntarily, executing this affidavit, with

full knowledge and consent as to its consequences, and not having been
coerced or influenced in any manner by anyone.
