CHAPTER 1 COMMUNICATON

INTRODUCTION:
The process of transferring or exchanging ideas is known as communication. It
can be intrapersonal or interpersonal. Wide level communication is called mass
communication where the audience is on large level.
ORIGIN:
Latin word “communicare, communic, and communis”. These words mean “to
exchange, share or hold in common”
DEFINITION:
Transferring information to produce greater understanding or the exchange of
ideas b/w or among people
OBJECTIVES AND PURPOSE:
It has 10 main objectives:
1. To inform: information for receiver
2. To persude: to convince the receiver through your communication for
organization, receiver and the sender
3. To explain: remove doubts explain the situation
4. To inquire: quires by sender and receiver excludes the barriers in
communication which in result provides great communication
5. To order:
