Conclusion

To conclude, the project was undertaken in a practical,

rigorous manner and was conducted in a safe and sensible
approach, through which I can confidently announce that I
have learnt a myriad of advanced information regarding the
applications, managing, functioning, and facilitating of a
business which will be thoroughly useful in my understanding
of the subject, ‘Business Studies’.

In this activity, I was provided with an exhaustive

comprehension of the mall experience, and the various factors
that affect and contribute to a successful mall experience. I
also gained new insight about the importance of a symbiosis
in relationship between employer, employee and customer for
an innovative and fresh shopping affair; and the importance of
cohesion in the various aspects of the malls for successful
integration of multiple – customer process.

I can guarantee that this activity has been incredibly useful in

terms of comprehending the necessity of the titan that is the
shopping mall in the active business sphere and has enriched
my prior experiences with some essential knowledge, which
will only increase as I visit more of them.
