Wie in Bild 12 2u sehen, zeigt die Einkerbung don gewthiten Wert an. Die Zahlen ouf dem Rad entsprechen der Auflogekraft in pond. Lm die Angabe in milliNewton zu cethalten, mUssen diese Werte mit ca. 10 multipliziert werden. Die Punkte zwischen den Zahlen markieren Zwischenwerte, (Fruher wurde das Auflagegewicht in Granm angegeben). Als Anntherungswert fur die richtige Auflagekraft beachte man die Empfehlungen des Tonabnehmer-Herstellers. Diese s doch hiufig nur fUr den gUnstigsten Betriebsfall, d.h. fur Schallplatten mit geringer Aussteuerung und ohne Héhenschlag gultig. In der Praxis sind die Bedingungen fur ei dergabe oft viel strenger. Herbare Verzerrungen Kaniilen kunnen ein Ehehon der Auflagekraft um 2,5 oder 5mN (0,25 oder 0,5p) erfordern. Die Lebensdaver der Schalll~ platte wird durch das Vermeiden von Abtastverzerrungen er= hhohty diese sind immer von einer plastischen Verformung des Schallplatronmaterials und damit einer fruhzeitigen Abnutzung begleitet. ‘Zur optimalen Abtastung einer Schallplatte muss die Nade|- spitze sauber gehalien werden. Dafur cignet sich am besten ein feiner Pinsel. Verzerrungen, besonders in nur einem Kenal, kénnen auch eine ondere Ursache haben: Siche folgenden Abschnitt VIL. This measure will actually extend the life expectancy of the record ployed, since tracking distortion is invariably eccompanied by ‘rcove deformation and hence premature wear. Distortion in only one channel may be caused by an incorrect ly adjusted entiskating force, treated in Section VII. It is necessary that the stylus tip be kept free of residues to in sure optimum tracking performance; use only a stylus brush made for this purpose. Note: The counterweight of the TP 16Mkill is designed for use with lightweight pickup cortridges (up to about 8.5 grams). Um dieser Neigung entgegenzuwirken, Ubt eine reibungsfreie magne intichtung im Tonarm TPIEMKIIl eine Kraft ‘aus, die nach aussen gerichtet ist: die Antiskatingkraft. Da die Antiskatingkraft der Abtastreibung proportional ist, muss die Antiskotingkraft entsprechend gewahit werden.
