Playing the Game


- When you’re actively looking for information, roll your flashlights or smokes dice.
Regardless of the roll, you’ll learn something useful.
If you roll 1-3, the dice decays to the next lowest size.

- You never want to make a save.


Roll D20: get equal or lower than your score to avoid the consequences.

- Experiencing something that defies your understanding of reality causes a SAN check.
Rolling 1-3 causes the dice to decay and triggers a temporary psychotic break.

Creating Characters
- Flashlights, smokes, SAN, and harm start at D8.
You may increase the dice size of any one of these by reducing two others.

- Roll 3D6 and keep the highest two: this is your Strength save. Repeat this for your other saves.
You may increase any save by 1 by reducing two others by 1.
Write a short biographical detail.
