lite,hiretual, linkedln x-ray, and I also do boolean searching.
As a technical recruiter, I know the process of onboarding like sourcing
candidates,creating NDAs,adding to our platform like slack,monday.com,trello,updating to organizational chart,introducing to the team leaders, and so on.
When it comes to candidate sourcing, I prioritize the specific skills I am
currently looking, let's say we are looking for a android developer, there are different lagnuage we use in android development like java,kotlin and flutter. I carefully analyze and assess each candidate based on the JD so that it is well fitted in the role.
I can also create an interview question depends on the role what we are looking.

Since I am Information Technology Graduate, I have the advantage of easily familiarizing the skills needed for a specific role.
What are your weakness?
My weakness is I spend too much time in my work.Sometimes I forget my real life task in our house.
