DepEd, in coordination with the DICT, ensure that
tools and resources necessary for effective
teaching amid digitalization are provided, e.g.,
internet connectivity, devices, and educational
tools, to allow students to participate fully in the
digital community in the Philippines and abroad
On-track. The DICT supports efforts to provide
teachers and learners with educational tools
through its Project CLICK or Courses for Literacy
in Internet and Computer Knowledge Project. The
DICT is currently working with targeted
beneficiaries for the conduct of various trainings
that are geared towards the following goals: (i)
train the project’s target beneficiaries with digital
literacy, and (ii) promote cyber hygiene practices
to the same target beneficiaries.
