DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE is made, executed and entered into by:

We, ROMEO P. HUFALAR, single, Filipino and with residence and postal address at #47
Purok IV, Barangay Bangbangolan, City of San Fernando, La Union and CARMELO
HUFALAR of legal age, married, Filipino and with residence and postal address at Barangay
Cabaroan, City of San Fernando, La Union hereinafter referred to as the SELLERS.

FREDDIE HUFALAR, married to ALMABELLA L. HUFALAR, both of legal age, Filipino

and with residence and postal address at Barangay Bangbangolan, City of San Fernando, La
Union, hereinafter referred to as the BUYER.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the SELLER is the registered owner of a parcel of land with improvements
located at Barangay Bangbangolan, City of San Fernando, La Union and covered by Tax
Declaration No. 13008 90979, with Lot No. 20002-A containing a total area of ONE
THOUSAND SIXTY SIX (1,066) SQUARE METERS, more or less and more particularly
described as follows.

Unirrigated Riceland, bounded at north by lot number 25272 & 252725, south by lot
number 20002-B, East by lot number 19910 and west by lot number 20002-B with CSD number
013314 006479 (AR) part.

WHEREAS, the BUYER has offered to buy and the SELLER has agreed to sell the above
mentioned property for the amount of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 25,000.00)
Philippine Currency;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum of TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
Pesos (P 25,000.00) Philippine Currency, had paid by the vendee to the vendor, the SELLER
DO HEREBY SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of Absolute Sale unto said buyer,
his heirs and assigns, the certain parcel of land together with all the improvements found hereon,
free from all liens and encumbrances of whatever nature including real estate taxes as of the date
of this sale.
