Background of the Member

Xyzter A. Palaci

-He received his Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of the Cordilleras. He also
attended the Philippine National Police Academy and graduated with honors. The nicest feeling she'd
ever had was realizing all her ambitions. He is presently the Chief Inspector of Police in her hometown.
He is deserving of all her tremendous accomplishments because of her dedication and enthusiasm for
her work. He is also one of the manager of the famous app, called BCPO App.

Jay Ar T. Paglingayen

- A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology from the University of the Cordilleras moreover
attends Philippine National Police. He is currently a Police Lieutenant. He is also a co-owner of the
famous app for Police Officers, called BCPO App.

JERLY G. CASIO

- Graduate of the University of the Cordilleras with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology and a Latin
Honor. She went to the Philippine National Police Academy and received a Latin Honors diploma. She is
currently the Chief of Police in her own chartered city. Her life had been full of ups and downs, but she
had finally achieved her ambitions. She puts her heart and soul into her work. She is one of the owners
of the BCPO application.

Justin Kyler Aluad

-Graduated from University of Cordillera Computer Science. While he was in college, he won numerous
international awards from competitions. He is one of only a handful of Filipinos who have qualified for
the ACM-ICPC World Finals. He is also a pro. He won second place in the Google Jam World Finals held
last July 2016 in New York City, making him the only Filipino to join and win the said contest. He is the
programmer of. BCPO Application.

GARCIA SHIELA MARIE D.

- Graduate of University of the Cordilleras with a Bachelor of Science in Criminology. After graduating,
Sheila joined the Special Action Force of the Philippine National Police, and worked in counterterrorism
and special operations, She returned to international peacekeeping as an officer in the United Nations
Integrated Mission in East Timor.

app is designed to our Law Enforcers here in Baguio. It can be used easily by our law enforcers as long
as they have stable internet. They can also save certain investigation so that they can access in offline.
Since Law enforcers have a lot of things to do, they can benefit to this app since they can save huge
amount of time, especially when they need to travel just to gather information about the crime
investigation, for example moreover we can ensure that the information will not be missing unlike when
they just stack it to the shelves that it can be misplaced and for the worst will be missing.

The App exists since we saw that our Law Enforcers are trying too hard just to gather
information about crime investigations since the app can also access education information this can help
our law enforcers to ensure our safety. This app tries to solve the amount of time wasted travelling to
places to get information, especially in the past crime investigation that needs re investigate. This would
also solve the alteration of the investigation also to keep the investigation safe and to avoid mislaid.
