管理會計期末報告

「阿堂鹹粥」繼 2021 年 12 月漲價後，2022 年 9 月再次調漲，且漲幅達到三成。期末

報告將考量疫情、防疫措施及通貨膨脹，探討店家的訂價決策。此外，假定店家考慮於

台北開設分店，報告將探討潛在的展店決策。

1. 利用作業基礎成本制度 (ABC)，分析「阿堂鹹粥」產品（假設只有三種產品：
「虱目

鹹粥」
、「魚肚鹹粥」及「魚肚湯」）的成本項目，並推估其於 2022 年 1 月與 8 月的

單項產品成本與單項總成本。

2. 對比單項成本與價格，比較各產品的價格加成百分比，並推估上述三種產品的損益

兩平點。解釋其於上述兩個時期，相似或相異的原因，並討論 2022 年 9 月的調整

單價是否合理。

3. 假設「阿堂鹹粥」考慮於台北開設分店，試列出所有增額成本項目；如果所有增額

成本由分店的三種產品吸收，試預估單項產品成本與單項總成本。

4. 考量分店與本店的差異，提出建議產品價格，並推估分店何時能達到損益兩平點；

討論是否應該於現在（或可預見的未來）於台北開設分店。

注意：可以使用任何公開或非公開資料，但必須註明來源。

可以做任何適當的假設，但必須說明理由。

You have to turn in and present your final project. Every group has to turn in the project write-
up before 9:10 am on December 12. No late submission will be accepted. Each group has to
present the project within 10 minutes. Form your groups (group size is 5 to 6 students), but
choose your group members carefully; however, no peer evaluation will be conducted. For each
group, please limit your project to 4 pages, excluding necessary appendices such as the
calculation process. Other than that, you can turn in your proposal without strict formatting.

Plagiarism is NEVER allowed. If you refer to someone/something, you should clearly point
them out in the Reference or Appendix. If you are caught (e.g., same as the copies from senior
students or some contents online), you shall be graded as “X” and may be subject to disciplinary
dismissal.
