Part 1 : Mission and vision

In this project, the companies “Royal Café” located in Japan, and “Café Caripe” located in
Venezuela, work together. Venezuela is a producer of a lot coffee; Japan is four of the top
consumers of coffee in the world. We decided statement commercial relations.

“Café Caripe” is a company located in Venezuela, and exported coffee to

Japan company.

Mission: Be the mayor coffees producer in Venezuela, and export quality

products in taste and aroma.

Vision: Export a quality coffee to many countries in the world. Be a well-

known company.

“Royal Café” is a company located in Japan, and imported coffee

from Venezuela.

Mission: Supply the local demand for coffee.

Vision: Supply the national demand for coffee and export it, be the
number one company in price, quality and service of Japan.
