To whom it may concern:

We would like to invite you to submit your proposal and quotation for
AEMSES - School of the Future School Identification for the School year
2019-2020. We have at least 200+ students to be provided with school
identification and we prefer that the same be made of quality PVC. Kindly
include in your proposal sample of your PVC Identification. Please address
your offer to the undersigned not later than July 18, 2019 @ 3:30 o’clock in
the afternoon.

You may present personally your proposal on our executive meeting

on the above-said date.
