Who the heck am I and how can I really help you double your income?
First let me tell you Im probably very similar to you. Im just a regular guy, a husband and a
father to 4 incredible kids (thats me with my family below)
My rst job was as a Recreational Therapist at a Childrens Rehab Hospital but I always had
the entrepreneurial bug.

This is one of the quickest ways to dramatically increase your income, no matter what business
you are in.
Although people incorrectly call it an up-sell (its really a cross-sell), McDonalds is famous for
their would you like fries with your hamburger question.
Its a cross-sell because McDonalds is selling you something complimentary to your hamburger
(the fries).
An example of an up-sell would be upgrading to a large for just $.50 cents more.
Movie theaters are famous for their popcorn and soda up-sells.
Just about every industry uses these techniques to increase their revenue.
- Car dealershlps up-selllng and cross-selllng luxury packages, blue-tooth and larger tlres

As you may already know, the term continuity income usually refers to a program that
customers pay ongoing to continued access.
For example, Consumer Reports oers a membership site with more in-depth reviews for less
$10 per month.
Imagine waking up knowing that each month you have 3,000 people in your monthly program
paying you $30 per month. Thats right it comes to $90,000 PER MONTH.
One of my friends recently released a program with over 18,000 members paying $67 per
month (you can do the math on that one). And the information was simply daily online
motivational video clips between 2-3 minutes. Thats it.
And the beauty of having your own continuity program is you dont have to resell them over
and over. As long as you take care of your current members, your monthly income stream will
remain stable and even grow.
Most businesses are only as good as their last sale but when you create this ongoing revenue
stream, its a game changer (and a life-changer too). And I truly believe just about every
business can create a continuity program whether you are an information marketer or even
a local dry cleaner.

A properly done sale can be a big income generator in a short period of time. Ive been involved
with several sales that brought in six-gures in 48 hours or less.
But most business owners leave a lot of money on the table when they are running their sales.
They believe there must be a holiday or a big event like the Super Bowl to hold a sale.
However, when you need cash and you need it quick, there is another way to hold a sale. Its
called the reason why sale. The key to running a great sale is giving them a real reason why
you are having this special sale - instead of a lame excuse like presidents day.
When you run a personality-based business, which I highly suggest, people feel like they
know you on a personal level.
In my newsletters, I talk about my kids and even my weekly date-nights with my wife. So if I
have a sale celebrating the birth of a new child (I now have four but even with the great sales,
my wife and I are done), people feel like they are a part of my family.
And tie those personal stories into the sales for even more impact. Now, Im not suggesting
you exploit your family for monetary gains. In fact, its the opposite.
Be open and transparent. People want to do business with someone who is real not some
big nameless company.

promoting it. Send emails, tell stories and nally unleash the sale (and get ready for the

This is, hands-down, one of the fastest and easiest ways to generate quick cash for your
business. In fact, this is usually where I start when Im coaching entrepreneurs and business
owners.
Id estimate over 90% of the businesses I talk to fail miserably in trying to re-activate their
former customers and clients.
You work hard to acquire new customers, you might spend hundreds of dollars to get this
people to buy from you and then after they make the purchase, you let them slip right
through your ngers.
Its insane! Its 10 times easier to resell an existing customer than to nd a new one.
So heres what you can do for an instant cash windfall.
Go back to your database and reconnect with all of people who used to do business with you.
Yes, your former customers and clients.
People drop o for many reasons sometimes it is nancial.
So create a special welcome back oer specically for them. But you must make this deal a

ou can also become an amllate of other onllne stores and recommend products. ou'd recelve
a commission for the recommendation. Every large merchant from Amazon to Zappos has an
amllate (or assoclates) program.

One of the main reasons someone chooses NOT to do business with you has to do with risk.
Thats right, risk.
They dont want to risk losing money.
But just as important, they dont want to risk your product or service failing and making
them look foolish in front of their family or friends. So if you want to stand out from your
competition and make more sales, you have to take away as much risk as possible.
When I started helping tness professionals build their business over 15 years ago, there were
no personal trainers who oered money-back guarantees.
They were afraid clients would train with them and then ask for their money back regardless
of the results.
So I asked the trainers one simple question if your client followed your instructions, would
they get results?
Their answer was always yes. So then I told them to back up their services with a money-back
guarantee.
But I had them take it a step further. Since they were the only trainers in their area to oer a

As I mentioned in income doubler #4, keeping in touch with your customers (and your potential
customers) is vital to your success.
In fact, Ill go one further and say its the lifeblood of your business. And believe me, if you dont
stay in front of your list, your list goes stale.
Obviously, the rst step is building your email list. It used to be easy for someone to give out
their email address, but thats no longer the case. You need to give something of value for their
email (special report, gift certicate, etc.)
Once you get their email, you MUST, MUST, MUST stay in contact with them.
The big question is how often should you email them?
And it really depends on a number of factors including your market and quality of your content.
Youll never know until you test it. For example, I used to send an email once a month. Then I
increased it to every 2 weeks. And then weekly.
Finally, I took a leap and went to daily. But I discovered that was too much for my list, so I am
now sending between 3-4 per week. I nd that works well for my list.
You should contact your list at least once per week.
Now, Im not suggesting you send your list promotions, sales and garbage. You have to develop
a relationship with your list.
Tell personal stories. Share. Connect.

to sell them on every email.
Once you develop a strong list with an unbreakable relationship you can literally make

No matter what type of product/servlce you sell or the market you cater to, there ls ALwAS a
percentage of your customers who want (and are willing to pay for) the best.
In my businesses and in the thousands that Ive helped, the number of people who want the
premium products or services will vary from 4-10%.
And if you dont oer the big-ticket item, they will go elsewhere for it plus you will be leaving
a lot of money on the table.
When I rst started creating products online, I was nervous about charging more than $30.
Then, I nally got up the nerve to charge $199 (even though the information was worth 20
times that). And it worked like gangbusters.
Every time I oered high-priced items, there was always a percentage who immediately
bought.
Now, I have coaching programs that cost $10,000 and people still signup.
