The iSTAR Configuration Utility provides the capability to configure iSTAR Controllers and monitor their
communications.

There no fixed SPARs.

There are no known limitations.

4. Accessing the ICU

To launch the ICU, double-click on ICU.exe. Configuration information is available by selecting the Help
menu and selecting Contents, or by pressing F1.
