SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

______________________, Filipino, of legal age, married, and a resident of Nasipit, Talamban,
Cebu City, to be my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for us, and our stead to do any or
all of the following acts and deeds:
1. TO PERFORM acts of administration and acts of dominion over parcels of land
registered in _______________________________________________________;
2. TO ENTER INTO CONTRACTS with any person for the conveyance of the above-
mentioned properties and shall agree to transfer ownership only upon lawful
consideration;
3. TO APPEAR before any office (private or government offices) relevant to the processing
and claiming of documents with respect to the sale of said parcels of land registered in
our names;
4. To PROCESS and CLAIM any document necessary for the sale of the abovementioned
parcels of land;
5. To MAKE, SIGN, and EXECUTE, in our behalf, any instrument necessary for the
conveyance of the said parcels of land;
6. To RECEIVE and SAFEKEEP the money or check or any consideration representing the
amount of sale of the said parcels of land, whether be it in full or through installment.
Option moneys and earnest moneys are included in the afore-stated considerations.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power and
authority necessary to do and perform all and every act requisite or necessary to carry into
effect the foregoing authorities as fully for all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully
do as I am personally present, with full power of substitution and revocation, and hereby
ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by
virtue hereof.
