ACCIDENT REPORT: (FACTUAL INFORMATION)

On November 9, 2030, the Beechcraft BE90 aircraft took off at 15:30 UTC
(10:30 a.m.), from the Mexico City airport to make a very important business trip.
When the aircraft had reached approximately 15 meters in height, it
the wheel of the right main gear came off, after further investigation they discovered that the plane had
run out of gas (this was the fault of an incompetent co-pilot who had been assigned the task of filling the
gas tank before the flight) which hit a car Nissan Tsuru, parked in the barracks of the Service of Rescue
and Extinction of Fires and one of the trees located in the area.
Once the Control Tower received the SSEI report on the detachment
of the wheel and the total discharge of gasoline, alerted the crew of the plane. Confirmed this novelty,
the crew decided to land at the Cotopaxi airport in the city of Latacunga, which took place at 17:12 UTC
(12:12 p.m.). The landing was made with the gear retracted and the engines off, in the second third of
runway 18 which was covered with foam by the SSEI of this airport.
