We, Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani, Emir of Qatar,


Having perused the Constitution,
Law No. 7 of 2007 on the settlement of administrative disputes,
Having taken the opinion of the Supreme Judicial Council,
The bill submitted by the Council of Ministers, and
Having consulted the Shura Council,
Hereby promulgate the following Law:

Articles

Article 1

The text of Article 3, Item 3 of Law No. 7 of 2007, referred to above, shall be replaced
with the following text:
“Article 3/ Item 3
Applications by natural and juristic persons for the abolition of final administrative decisions,
except for the following:
a. Emiri orders, resolutions and decrees.
b. Resolutions issued under Law No. 17 of 2002 on the protection of community.
c. Decisions issued under the laws on private associations and foundations.
d. Decisions issued under the law on religious centres.
e. Decisions issued under the laws on publications, publishing and licenses to publish
newspapers and magazines.
f. Decisions issued under the laws on weapons, ammunition and explosives licenses.
g. Decisions issued under the laws on the entry, residence and deportation of foreigners.
h. Decisions issued under the laws on expropriation for the common benefit.
i. Decisions concerning the identification of the voter permanent address.
j. Decisions concerning the titles and association to tribes and families.”

Article 2
All competent authorities, each within their competence, shall execute this law which shall come into force from the date of its
publication in the Official Gazette.
