ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT
ON THE NEED-BASED TRAINING AND IMPLEMENTATION

Registration started at exactly 7:25AM with 4 class advisers and 1 School Head
participants. The opening program begun with the singing of the Philippine National Anthem thru
video and also a short prayer followed by a Thought for the Day.
The very active School Head of Tacub Elementary School Mr. Rene P. Cona gave the
Training Orientation by starting with the house rules especially on the attendance during the
orientation/training. She emphasized that anybody caught not around during the duration of the
training will be marked ABSENT.
He discussed the training proceedings based on DM No. 89, s. 2020.
He proceeded with the presentation on the Guidelines on the use of The Most
Essential Competencies (MELCS). The different learning areas assigned by each teacher. He gave
suggestions on what, whom, how, and where to secure pertinent documents relative to every grade
level and learning areas. Remaining time were allotted for each group to convene to finalize and
strategize the assigned work.
The morning session ended at 11:55AM with everyone having a more vivid
understanding for their respective assigned tasks and were very eager to start securing and compiling
their outputs.
The afternoon session started with an ice breaker.
The present pandemic called for a greater need for a clear understanding of Physical
and Mental Health and there is no better in the position to discuss such with no less than the Brgy.
Nurse assigned for Brgy. Tacub in the name of Sir Sherwin Lacatan, RN. He thoroughly discussed the
scope of Physical & Mental health and the proper disposition in attending the problems related to it
with special consideration on the COVID 19 crisis and how to cope with the New Normal. It was a
very informative afternoon that ended at 4:50PM.
