-In labeling the patient’s detail should put on the container is the NAME, BIRTHDATE, DATE
AND TIME OF COLLECTION AND SEX

4. What is the use of a white background and a printed material?


-Plain background for color, Printed material for Transparency

5. Based on the video, what is the color and transparency of the patient’s urine?
-The color of the patient’s urine is light yellow
-The transparency of the patient’s urine is clear

6. Color change on the last 2 parameters of a reagent strip when not used would
indicate?
-It should have a white color in the last 2 parameter, it is okay to be use
-Any color change in the last 2 parameter it means the reagents strip has already expired and
not okay to be use

7. How long should you wait before interpreting the reagent strip?
ANS: 1500-2000 rpm for 5minutes

-From drinking excessive amounts of water to havinng an underlying medical conditions,
there are many potential causes of colorness, clear urine. Some of the most common include:
Diabetes Mellitus
Diabetes Insipidus
Diuretics
Excess Hydration
Kidney Problems
