HRBP Indonesia Case Study

Lalamove HRBP are held to high standards. You will be expected to manage a challenging
workload. Your mission will be focusing on Talent Acquisition and Business Partnering that
helps to strengthen our organization by adding the best available talent to our workforce.
Source, identify, screen, hire and manage individuals for various roles in our company.

As part of our hiring process, please complete the following case study to demonstrate that
your competencies align with what we are looking for in this role. We are excited to see

tried to hijack employees from other companies as well, but the quality and quantity
of the leads don’t meet the company requirements. Since you are hiring in cities
where the company is not recognized well, many candidates are reluctant to apply
to the job ads. If you only have 1 month to close the position and are not allowed to
use any headhunter services. What would you do to source candidates to generate
more qualified leads?
