That ________________, Muslim, Adult, Resident of Karachi, do hereby solemnly affirm as

under:

1. I say that, I am the Deponent of tmy Affidavit and as such I am fully conversant with the

facts of the case.

2. I say that I am the natural guardian and father of the minors namely bisma and ayan

3. That I say, I was married with the Respondent No. 1 above named at Karachi. The
Nikah ceremony was held on 14-11-2025, against the dower amount of
Rs.100,0000 /-

4. That I say, that I belong to a respectable family and after marriage the parties lived
according to Injunction of Islam and out of tmy wedlock two children were born
named above.
5. That I say, that since the beginning, I found the Respondent No. 1 is lady of harsh
temperament and she remains under the instigation of her mother and brother
intentionally and deliberately and for the above reasons, she is residing away from
me with her parents under the pressure of her mother without any reasonable
cause.

6. That I say, that the mother and brother of the Respondent have always been
creating problems in my life and the Respondent No. 1 was/is playing in their
hands. It is specifically submitted that the mother and brother (s) of the
Respondent when failed to separate the me and the Respondent, they restrained the
Respondents at their house and just after delivery of the baby child Bisma filed a
case for Dissolution of marriage bearing family Suit No. 54 of 2022 and the same
was allowed while granting Khulla to the Respondent No.1.
