F.No. 124/657/mnr, has directed IT Firms , Communications Corporations and to refrain from
uploading any document content which is in violation of the laws of the United States of
America. Copy of the Laws are attached herewith.

Furthermore, XYA has also directed the above to refrain from airing advertisements
promoting private projects / housing schemes / societies without having “NOC/Approval” of
USED Government under the laws of USED and all other enabling provisions of law.

Hence, in view of the above, we request you to please do the needful.
