Canada businesses hire young teens to fill shortage

-AFP Thu, Jun 16, 2022

Summary:
In Canada, there is no minimum age to work. Only those under 14 years old
required parent's authorization.
There is also no limit on working hours, as long as it is not during the school
hours or at nights for those who are under 16.
Due to the labor shortage, teenagers allowed to work.
Some people think that it is not normal for 11-year-old children to be working
and suggest legislation to better regulate the work of most young people.
Discussion Question:
1. A coin has two sides, what are the negative influence to those minors working on young
age?
2.What is the reason that causes labor shortage?
