WEEKLY OBJECTIVEs

GENERAL OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the 4-day rotation, I will be able to acquire extensive knowledge and experience in
supervising my chosen family host. To enhance my skills in proper communication techniques through
interview. Lastly, to exhibit a positive attitude in dealing and handling my chosen family host and assessing
their needs to impart quality care for the adherence of living a healthy life.
SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES:
Specifically, I will be able to:
1. conduct a community profile using the survey form and proper communication techniques in the
interview;
2. carry out re-assessment to the chosen family host for the case study;
3. execute Health Teaching with the participation of the family host;
4. construct a case study regarding the chosen family and presence of any condition concerning to health;
5. conduct self-awareness and leadership training;
6. participate in different activities during the exposure;
7. execute return demonstration on how to do proper Insulin Therapy.
