Composition : Micro emulsion of amino functional silicone oil

Appearance : Colorless liquid

Ionic state : Nonionic

Properties :
 gives a very soft and smooth handle.

 improves the elastic recovery and gives slippery.

 reduces the tendency to creasing.

 improves the sewability.

 compatible with other finishing agents and cross-linking agents used


during resin finishing.

 has excellent wash and dry cleaning fastness.

 helps to retain tear strength after resin finishing.

Application fields
and amounts :
Substrate; Woven and knit goods of all fiber types and their blends,
especially cotton, viscose, CO/PES , PES/viscose fibers.

Temperature of the application bath must not exceed 30 oC and pH of the


bath must stay 4,5-5,5. Preliminary lab trials are recommended.

Equipment; padding and minimum application devices.

Operation; finish.

Dissolving method; soluble with cold water.

Softening and slippery effects for 100% Cotton:

ADASIL ME-T 5 – 15 g/l


Acetic acid 1 g/l

pH value: < 5.5


Application: dry/wet
Pick-up: 70 %
Drying: the usual drying temperatures (110-120o) are sufficient to achieve
the quoted properties and curing is not necessary.

Storage and
transport :
120 kgs plastic drums or container.

At least 12 months.

Storage and transport between 10 - 30 C.
