SAFETY PRECAUTIONS

• To protect the user and other people’s health and property, be sure to
observe the following safety notice.

WARNINGS
PLEASE READ THIS PART OF MANUAL CAREFULLY FOR PROPER OPERATION
BEFORE USING YOUR MACHINE.

• The precautions stated here are classified as “Warning” and “Attention”


according to the damage and the emergency caused by misoperation, and
are described respectively in line with the marks below.

With no respect to mark, the misoperation may cause death or GBH.

Attention

With no respect to mark, the misoperation may cause body harm or object
damage.

This mark indicates the content of warning or attention.

Warning

• Dismantling, repair or alterations should only be carried out by

professional technician as otherwise you may be subject to electric
shock, may cause fire or get injured.

• Electricity supply must be unplugged with dry hands. Otherwise, this may
cause electric shock.

• Damaged or loosen wire or plug should not be used.


Otherwise electric shock, short circuit or fire may take place.
• Do not damage wire. Do not damage or alter the wire forcibly bend, pull
twist or handle the wire. Beside, please do not put weigh on or trap the

• Do not put water in direct contact with the unit during maintenance and
repair. This may cause short circuit or electric shock.

into or near to the washing machine. To prevent fire or explosion which
may cause injuries.

• This washing machine is equipped with the electricity wire with


grounding socket. The creepage protector shall be used if possible.
To prevent electricity leak which may cause injuries.

Please use the single socket with special voltage and current
matched with plug marked specification. The share of the same
socket with other electric appliances may cause fire due to excessive.

Thoroughly wipe the power plug when dirt is adhering the prong or
around the base of the prong. Failure to do so may cause a fire.

• Washing machine should not be installed in humid place or in places


exposed to wind and rain. Otherwise, electricity leak causing electric
shock or fire may occur.

• This washing machine is strictly prohibited to get close to the locations
with candle, mosquito repellent incense, dog-end or other kinds of open
flame.
To avoid injuries caused by the lock damage.

• Do not operate the machine when there is gas leak.

WARNINGS
• Keep children away from the washing spinning basket and do not place
box or shelves next to the washing machine. Children may fall into the
basket resulting in injuries. This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.

• The glass door becomes hot in process of high-temperature washing. Do


not touch the door when the machine is on, especially children.

• If you need to open the door during high-temperature washing program,


wait until the temperature drop to safe standard, and the door unlocked
automatically.

• Packing material may be dangerous to kids, please keep all packing


material (plastic bag foam etc) far away from the kids.

Attention
• Do not pull the wire from the socket when unplugging the unit.
To avoid electric shock or fire cause by short circuit may result.

Electricity supply must be unplugged with dry hands during
maintenance and repair. Otherwise, electric leakage causing
injuries may occur.

• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the


manufacturer, its service agent or similarly qualified persons in
order to avoid a hazard.

• Do not wash, rinse and spin the water proof fabric or cloth.

Sleeping bag, raincoat, cover of skiing, utilities, bicycles, cars and motors.
Otherwise may lead to injury by abnormal vibration during spinning or
damage the washing machine, wall, floor and clothes.

• Keep hands and feet away from the bottom of the washing when it is
motion.

Parts in motion beneath the unit may cause injuries.

Water supply hose should be tightly screwed to the unit.

Failure to do so may result in water leakage. Used for a long


period of time, the unit may result in water leakage caused by
loosen union nut. So please check it in time and screw tightly
again.

Please unplug the unit when not using the unit for a long period
of time. Electric shock or leakage may occur due to deformation of
plastic parts of the unit.

• Water of above 50°C should not be used for washing.

Electric shock or leakage may occur due to deformation of plastic parts


of the unit.

• Do not stand on or put weight on the top of the unit.

Otherwise, deformation and damage may result causing injuries.

• Two people are required in moving or transportation.

• Check water supply hose connection by turning on the water
before washing .
To prevent damages caused by possible water leakage due to
loosen screw or not tightly.

• The new hose-sets supplied with the appliance are to be used and
that old hose-sets should not be reused.

• Do not block the ventilation openings on the bottom of washer by


carpeting when the washer is installed on a carpeted floor.

• Please turn off the water tap when not using the unit.

To prevent damages caused by water leakage.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

Transportation
Two people are needed to carry the machine.
One person on one side carries the machine by
holding the machine feet.

Location of washer
Washing machine must be installed on the ground which must be hard,
flat and skid proof. Please do not lay the washing machine on the soft
blanket or wooden floor. It is forbidden to lay the washing machine on the
platform or the bracket.

Remove the transport bolts used to fix the machine in


transportation
To protect the machine in transportation, there are 4 bolts inserted into
the inner part of the machine. Remove these bolts before use. (otherwise
there will be strong shock, noise, and disfunction in spin process.)
1. Unscrew the bolts that are fixed before transportation by spanner (4
bolts).
2. Remove the bolts horizontally.
3. Fit the lid into the holes.
- Let the sales force or professional maintenance worker to install the
machine.
- Keep the dismounted bolts carefully, you will need them in house
moving.
- As the picture shows, please be sure to confirm that the base

protection device is not stuck at the bottom of the washing machine
before use, otherwise it will affect the normal use of washing machine.

Adjust the machine horizontally


There will be strong shock, noise, and disfunction in operation if the
washing machine is not steadily installed. Please adjust the front
adjustable Leg .
Methods are as follows:
1. Check whether the washer is on a level surface using a plumb line as
shown in the Beside figure.
• The washer is on level ground floor if the Frame line of washer is
parallel with the plumb line.
2. Adjust the Adjustable Leg of washer if necessary to make the washer
level as shown in the Beside figure.
3. Put your hands on the washer diagonally, press and shake the washer
slightly to make sure that the washer is steady.

Attaching the “Magic” Hose Joint to a Faucet


Faucet: Type A: Is the most suitable.

Type B: The length of the mouth of the faucet needs to be at least 16mm.
If it is less than 16 mm, the “Magic” Hose Joint can not be installed.
Type C: It may cause water leaking.

CAUTIONS:
• Do not use water which is hotter than 50°C.
• If your faucet is not suitable, please contact Brand authorised service
help desk.

How to attach the “Magic” Hose Joint


1. Loosen the four screws and slide the top of the “Magic” Hose Joint
(section A in the figure) onto the faucet. Then, securely tighten the four
screws provided with the “Magic” Hose Joint by using a screwdriver to
secure the top of the joint to the faucet.
2. Remove the CAUTION label from the “Magic” Hose Joint.
3. Turn the male coupler on the joint (section B in the figure) clockwise to
attach it securely to the top of the joint (section A in the figure).
• The appliance is to be connected to the water mains using new Water
Supply Hose and “Magic” Hose Joint and old hose-sets should not be
reused.

CAUTIONS:
If outer diameter of faucet is larger than caliber of the Joint Ring, loosen
the four screws and remove the Joint Ring from the “Magic” Hose Joint.

Connecting Water Inlet Hose to the Washer


Turn the nut clockwise till the nut is tight while holding the hose.

Turn the nut counter clockwise after turning the faucet off when you want
to detach the water supply hose.

CONNECTION OF DRAIN HOSE


1. When washing machine does not work, put drain hose at back of
washing machine. (as pic 1 shows)
2. When washing machine works, put drain hose into drainage pond (as
pic 2 shows), you can also put end of drain hose into sewer, and keep
space between end of drain hose and sewer elbow to avoid difficult to
drain water out of washing machine.
3. Clean filter in pump periodically to keep washing machine working
normally.
Note: Do not take off drain hose stay, if not, it will lead to drainage
problems.

INSTALLATION OF RAT MESH

Attention
1. Please install before removing the transport retaining bolts. Install in at
least two persons.

2. Before installing the rat mesh, it is necessary to turn off the faucet and
disconnect the power cord from the external power socket, inlet pipe,
inlet tap, drain pipe and outlet.

Installation steps are as follows:

1. Remove the rat mesh and remove the double-sided adhesive stickers
around the rat mesh.

2. Tilt the washing machine back, slowly put down on the cushion, pay
attention to the washing machine operating panel should be facing
forward.

3. Turn the sound-absorbing sponge on the rat mesh towards the inside of
the washing machine, position the square hole on the left, and align the
screw holes around the rat mesh with those in the washing machine
bottom plate.
Press around the rat mesh and paste the rat mesh onto the washing
machine bottom plate.

4. Fix the left and right sides and the back of the rat mesh with special
screws (large round cap screws). After fixing, gently lift the washing machine
and place it smoothly.

LOCK AND UNLOCK METHOD

DOOR LOCK
When the machine is working, the door locks automatically. I can’t be
opened.

UNLOCK
When the machine is working, the user press the “START/STOP” button.
The door can be unlocked after inner tub stopping spin.

• If take down the power plug directly or power cut when the machine is
running, the door can’t be unlocked automatically.

• If Open the door when the machine is working, the froth may exceed and
please clean it with towel.

• The user can’t open the door when the machine is running with a high
working temperature.

• The user can’t open the door when the water temperature is high.

Precautions
• High bubble Washer powder or detergent is forbidden.
• Use the detergent in accordance with the instruction by its
manufacturer.
• Excessive detergents will cause too much bubble and affect the rinse,
also create function faults.
• Choose suitable detergents in accordance with the type and color of
clothes, the water temperature and the stain.

 Start/Stop
 Press the button to start and press again for a stop.

 Power knob
• It is for switch on or switch off the power.
(When the programs finished, machine can be closed
automatically.)

 Dry button
• Set the drying type and drying duration as needed.
• Press this button to lighten the dry icon and select the dry program

 Display window introduction


• When power on, it will display the spin speed and others.
• When running, it will display the rest time.
• When breakdown, it will display the error code.

 Temperature button
• Set the washing temperature according to the clothes type.
• The temperature setting range is different among programs. Some of
them has range limitation.
• Press 3 seconds to set child lock function.

PROGRAM INTRODUCTION

User instruction for the normal clothes

Method
1. Preparation.
• Put the clothes in and close the door.
• Put the detergent or washing powder into the detergent box.
• Switch on the water tap, put the drain-pipe, plug the power supply.

2. Switch on the power.

3. Choose the suitable program.

4. Choose the suitable button.

5. Press the “Start /Stop” button.

6. When finished washing, the buzzer will sound.

Instruction to wool program

Method
• Switch on the power and choose the wool program.

Attention
• Please confirm the washing mark on the clothes before washing.
• When finishing wash, please take the clothes out immediately to drying in
order to avoid clothes deformation.
• The temperature can’t be setting more than 4o degree to avoid clothes
deformation.
• Using the wool detergent can improve the washing performance.
• Make separate washing for light colour clothes and dark colour clothes.

Instruction to delay wash

Method
• Switch on the power and choose the suitable program and buttons
according to user’s requirement.
Press the delay button to setting the finishing time.
Press the start/stop button to start-up the delay wash function.
(Delay time has every one hour interval and maximum is 24 hours.)

Attention
• If need to change the delay time, please press power button and set
again.
• After delay time set, user can cancel it if press power button.
• When confirm the delay wash, please press the delay button. The setting
time will display for 5 seconds.
• Delay time is different in the different condition. It depends on water
pressure, drain, clothes type, water temperature.

VARIOUS FUNCTIONS

ADD CLOTH DURING WASH FUNCTION


Used this function to add washing when machine is running.

Method
Press “Start/Stop” button till the clock light off. Door lock is released and
shows “Add”. Please add washing and close the door, press the “Start/Stop”
button to continue to wash.
• Please don’t forcibly open the door, it will cause damage to parts and
unsafe issue.
• When there is a lot of foam or water in the drum, please use a dry towel to
prevent foam and water from spilling out after opening the door.

CHILD PROTECTION FUNCTION


If the door is opened again before program running, the machine will start
the child protection function automatically when working. Firstly, the door
will be opened and motor will be running for a while. And then, the door
will be unlocked for a while till working again. If during the waiting time, the
door is opened.
The machine will be stopped.

CANCEL THE BUZZER


There is no buzzer when program finishing working.

Set/Cancel method
Switch on the power and press “Speed” button till buzzer sound. When
release the button, “Cancel the buzzer” function is finished setting. If repeat
this action, the setting will be cancelled.

CHILD LOCK FUNCTION


User can set child lock function in order to avoid child operate the machine
when it is working.

So the door can’t be opened and the button except power button can’t be
handled. When cancel this function, door can be opened again.

Set/Cancel method
Open the power and press “Temp” button for 3 seconds till the buzzer
sound. The child lock function is finished to set. If repeat this action, the
child lock function will be cancelled.

INTRODUCTION TO BACKPACK WASH

Method
• Turn on the power and select backpack wash program.

Attention
• Used for washable backpack only.
• Please smooth and air the backpack in time after the wash.
• Before washing, ornaments and accessories must be removed and the
strips must be tied firmly.

• Please close the zipper before washing and separate the backpack with
other clothes.

INTRODUCTION TO DRYING PROGRAM

Method
• Press the power button to turn on the power, select the appropriate
program by
PROGRAM knob and select drying mode by dry button.
Automatic drying: Adjust the drying duration after selecting drying
program, drying program will be automatic drying when the duration
display “A”.
Timing drying: Dry the clothes at designated time.
• Start the wash and dry by press STRAT/PAUSE button.

Attention
• Water tap must be on during drying process, because water are needed to
cool down.
• Maximum drying duration varies based on different models.
• User may first set shorter drying duration to avoid wrinkles on the clothes
and adjust drying duration after first cycle completed.
• For dry only process, please run spin process first.
• Please untie the clothes knots (if necessary) first, then put into the drum.
• Some programs are not compatible with drying program.
• Larger and thicker clothes may not be drying completely in one cycle, user
may adjust drying duration after first cycle completed.
• Delay wash program are not compatible with dry only program.

INTRODUCTION TO STAIN WASH


Based on the stain types, corresponding stain wash functions can be
selected, thus improve washing efficiency.

Method
Turn on the power, press “stain wash” button after selecting the program to
select stain wash. Stain wash could be used for cleaning red wine stain,
lipstick stain, hot pot stain and coffee stain. Selection of stain wash
functions are limited under some programs. (Washing efficiency maybe
varied according to the washing detergent selected).

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
• Please maintain the machine at regular intervals, it can enhance life of the
machine.
• Please take off the power supply when maintenance.

MACHINE BODY
• Please use soft cloth to clean the body after washing every time. If there is
much dirty, please put some detergent or soap water on the cloth to clean
the body.
• Please don’t use water to flush the machine directly.
• Dirty powder, diluent, petrol and alcohol are forbidden to use to wash the
machine.

DOOR GASKET
Please use cloth to clean the gasket after washing every time. If there are
brooch or other sundries, please make sure to take them out.

DETERGENT BOX CLEANING


Please clean the detergent box regularly. Take out the box and clean it with
water.

WATER INLET VALVE CLEAN (SUGGESTED TWICE A YEAR)
1. Take out the inlet pipe.
2. Take out the filter screen.
3. Use a toothbrush to clean the filter scree and then assemble it again.
4. Connect the inlet pipe after cleaning.

TUB CLEAN (ONE TIME MONTHLY SUGGESTION)


There may be dirt in the tub after long time using. The tub clean function
can clean the inner and external tub.
(Attention: Please don’t put in clothes and detergent when using tub clean
function.)

CLEAN AND MAINTENANCE
Machine gets frozen
1. Using hot towel to envelop the water tap and connector.
2. Disassemble the inlet pipe and put it into hot 50 degree hot water.
3. Put 2-3 liter 50 degree hot water into tub.
4. Assemble the inlet pipe again, open the water tap and start the machine.
At last, please examine whether the inlet pipe and drainpipe can work
normally.

CLEAN FILTER OF PUMP (ONE TIME MONTHLY SUGGESTION)

1. Insert coin into the groove of pump and press it.


The cover of filter can be opened.
(Attention: If there is hot water in the machine, please wait for cooling and
then open the filter.)
2. Take out the filter anticlockwise.
3. Wash the filter with water.
4. Assemble the filter into the pump clockwise.

Attention: 1. The filter should be assembled tightly in order to avoid water


leakage.
2. Please don’t clean the filter when the machine is working.

(“Customer”) basis the following terms and conditions, which the
Customer is deemed to have accepted upon purchase of the product

1. The warranty period of the product is 1 year, commencing


from the date of purchase. Warranty service which includes
replacement or repairs, will be carried out through the Authorised
Service Centers (“ASC/s”) only.

2. Warranty will be valid only when the original purchase


invoice is presented at the time of service. Company reserves the right
to decline warranty service, if the purchase invoice is not presented.

3. In case of commercial usage of the product, warranty


period would be limited to 90 days only.

4. Warranty will cover only functional parts, issues having


manufacturing defects and does not cover damages to the product
resulting from unauthorised adaptations/ adjustments/ tampering /
repair, improper installation or placement, mishandling, improper
use, deviation from the instructions set out in the user manual (if
applicable) normal wear and tear caused due to use of the product.

5. Warranty does not cover any external accessories and
fittings to the product.

6. All plastic, rubber, glass, or aesthetic parts and consumable


replacements will be on a chargeable basis.

7. Warranty shall not apply to damages caused to the


product by accident, voltage fluctuations, lightening, ingress of
water (beyond certified limits, if any), fire or any other natural
calamity, improper ventilation, dropping or excessive shock, or any
external cause beyond Company's control.

8. Company is not liable to provide repair services or spare


parts after the period of warranty expires and the same if provided
will be on a chargeable basis.

9. Whilst the Company, through its ASC, shall make every


effort to carry out the service at the earliest, it is expressly clarified
that the Company is under no obligation to do so within a certain
time period.

10. Whilst Company would take all necessary steps to repair


the product under warranty and maintain sufficient stock of the
spare parts of the products, in certain cases, at its sole discretion,
Company may due to non-avail- ability of spare parts of the product
or product being in a state which is beyond economic repair, offer a
replacement scheme to the Customer. The terms of such
replacement offer is subject to change from year to year and shall also
be applicable on the maximum retail price of the product.

11. All transportation & handling expenses incurred while
replacing or repairing will be payable by the Customer.

12. For any warranty claim requested by the Customer from


the region beyond municipal limits of the jurisdiction of the ASC, a
visit by an authorised service personnel may be arranged by the
Company through its ASC, on a case to case basis, at its sole discretion
and the charges towards such visit will be borne by the Customer.

13. Warranty shall be void if: The type or serial no. on the
product has been altered, removed or defaced. The product is not
operated as per the instructions given in the User Guide, if any. The
defects are caused by household pets, rats, cockroaches or any
other animals or insects.

14. The warranty automatically expires after the period of time


stated in the product invoice even if the product may not be in use
for any time for whatever reasons.

15. This Warranty shall not affect Customer's statutory rights


under any applicable law.

16. Customer agrees to indemnify and keep Company harmless


against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and
proceedings (including reasonable attorney’s fee) that may be suffered
by the Company as a consequence of: (i) violation of these terms and
condition by the Customer;

(ii) Violation of applicable laws by the Customer; (iii) any action or


inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the
customer’s part.

17. In the event of repairs of any part (s) of the product, the
Warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the
unexpired period of the Warranty. Moreover, the time taken for
repair and in transit whether under the Warranty or otherwise shall
not be excluded from the Warranty period.

18. None of the employees, sellers, dealers or ASCs of the


Company have the authority to vary these terms and conditions.

19. Customer agrees that the courts at Bangalore shall have the
exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that may arise in relation
to this Warranty or these terms and conditions.

20. COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL,


PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, SPECULATIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAG- ES,
INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS
INTERRUPTION, AND LOSS OF INCOME OR PROFITS, IRRESPECTIVE OF
WHETHER IT HAD AN ADVANCE NOTICE OF THE POSSIBILITY OF ANY SUCH
DAMAGES.
