INT. BOYS BEDROOM

A notification pops up on the boys phone, its of a new

Instagram post made by Tom(victim), the boy then comments on
the post “ew gay”

INT. TOM’S BREAKFAST TABLE

Tom’s phone pings and the notification of the comment pops

up, followed by more and more comments from the same guy or 2
saying similar.

His eyes start to tear up and a teardrop lands in his cup of

tea

EXT. STATION CAR PARK

A car splashes water up on to the pavement in front of Tom as

he is walking to the station

EXT. STATION PLATFORM, COLD,FOGGY WINTER MORNING

The scene starts with Tom waiting for his train to school, a
fast train flys past on the platform, the music starts, his
train pulls in and he gets on, the train pulls away

INT. ON THE TRAIN

Tom looks out the window

EXT. HENLEY TOWN CENTRE-OVERCAST

Tom walks, hood up, through the town centre

INT.IN THE EXAM ROOM

Tom walks into the the exam room. receiv ves a text saying
"hope you fail"

Tom breaks a pencil in half, gets up, flips his desk over and
storms off.

EXT. COLLEGE CAMPUS-CLOUDY

He walk off out the college and sits on a park bench and
checks his phone again there is another text appear saying
“how was the exam you worthless disgusting…”

INT. CLASSROOM- HARSHLIGHTING

Tom heads back into the class room and the teacher hands his
exam paper back with a red “F” across the top. The camera
pushes in, Tom looks shocked.

TEACHER

I’m so sorry Tom, you’re off the course

Tom stands up grabs his bag and walks to the door.

EXT. DOORS OUTSIDE CLASSROOM-CLOUDY

Tom kicks the door open and walks towards the exit of the
college.

EXT. HENLEY TOWN CENTRE-OVERCAST

Tom walks, stressed out and angered into the town centre,
barging past 2 people walking down the high street.

EXT. HENLEY STATION-CLOUDY

Tom gets to the station and gets on the train and sits down
on the train upset.

INT. TRAIN CARRIAGE

Tom receives another message but its from his girlfriend

THE MESSAGE
I’m waiting for you in the park behind
my house I need to talk to you

EXT. OUTSIDE TRAIN STATION- OVERCAST

Tom walks up the road towards the park

EXT. PARK BENCH

TOM
What’s up my love

GRACE
I’m sorry Tom I can’t do this anymore
(sighs)

TOM
Do what any more

GRACE
Us

TOM
No, just tell my what you want me to
be and I'll be exactly that, I don't
want to loose you

GRACE
I can't deal with your sudden fits of
rage, you storm off, break something
and don't talk to me in 3 days. You
can never look directly into my eyes
when saying a compliment and never go
in to kiss me, I've seen the way you
look at Ben, You are clearly more into
him than you are me. In a bit Tom.

Grace storms off leaving Tom on the bench who is holding back
tears.

EXT.MOTORWAY BRIDGE-DARK

Tom walks across the bridge alone, feeling sad, raged even
more and also lonely.

INT.HOUSE FRONT ROOM

Tom charges in throws his bag down and storms upstairs.

EXT.TOMS ROOM EVENING

Tom starts packing all his clothes into black bin bags, he
pauses for a second when he sees a picture of his family and
takes a deep breath, but then continues to pile more in.

INT. KITCHEN TABLE

Tom starts writing his suicide note

TOM
Dear Mum and Dad

Life is hard, School is no more, I

have no aspirations in life,

EXT. COUNTRY ROAD TO TRAIN BRIDGE- CLOUDY

Tom is now cycling on his bike to the train bridge.

I have no one and I have nothing. I

don't have the power to stop those
making my life a living hell, I'm
doing this to move on from everything,
day in day out there is a struggle or
something wrong with me, I am not the
person anyone wants and all those
texts may have been right, I might be
gay which would bring shame on the
family around me, they don't need me.
Thank you for everything but I need to
move on now, I wish you all well, and
all I ask of you is to please donate
the little ammount money I have left
to help someone else out with their
struggles. All the best.Tom.

Tom climbs on to the train bridge side, he takes a moment to

enjoy the silence, The wind flapping on his shirt, he takes a

step off.

EXT. VIEW OF THE SUICIDE BRIDGE-CLOUD

The camera pulls back and a train goes underneath.

FADE TO BLACK

EXT. DRESSED UP HOUSE WITH CHRISTMAS LIGHTS

Christmas music begins to play

INT. CHRISTMAS DINNER TABLE

The camera pulls back to show an empty space at the dinner

table,

INT. DOOR LETTER BOX

a card is pushed through the post then opened to show the

credits at the end of the film, as the christmas music plays
out.
