Hello out there stock trading fans. As you know I promised you last time a few words about the potential
special situation that is I think is setting up on our strong and very over extended internet provider stocks.
Those stocks are of course RCNC, MSPG, ELNK, As I have said last time, these situations occur at least once
every market move and some times twice. You may remember such big winners that I had and I hope that you
had RMBS, GFII, ZOLT, SPYG, just to name a few of the big winners in the past that smoked up 20 points or so
in 1 to 3 days from a very small 4 to 5 day consolidation point. Almost all of these had little or no earnings
but a lot of hype and a lots of speculation. Also all of these had one thing in common and that is the classic
"canslim" formula.
For those of you who may not know what that is, I will give you the speci cs that related to these special
stocks. 1. Very small number of shares on the oat. About 2 to 4 million shares. 2. Something very new and
revolutionary. In this case the internet. 3. A break away gap. 4. Very high volume. About 20% turn over of the
oat every day.
Also I believe that some one or group is "running" these types of stocks. After all folks, there is no cure for
cancer here, cure for aids or some things super special here. It’s just a good old fashion run here.
These stocks are not for the average to even good investor but for the very savvy and well-seasoned trader.
You must be sitting at you real time screen ready to be "Johnny on the spot". And as soon as these stocks
break into new highs preferably with another gap you must be ready to pounce on this golden opportunity.
This of course is best case scenario. The other option is that these stocks hang tough in here for a while as
the big hitters are liquidating to you because you read this letter and couldn’t wait to jump in early. Do not
do this folks. This is an expert move. If you are new to this, may I suggest that you just sit back and watch the
action for now?
Here are the buy points for these stocks. RCNC 53.50 MSPG 51.25 ELNK 49.50
May I also suggest that you folks began to learn to memorize you favorite stocks volume, and track it’s
movement in relation to price movement every day. This will help you at all times. This is so very important,
never forget this.
I have also been doing some snooping over the weekend and have come up with some of the best little
stocks you will ever see. I still think that we are in for a big move with TLKC AMZN CHKPF and many of the
others that I have been touting but these new ones are race horse ready. The oats are small so the
movements are going to be quick so be careful and never buy an over extended stock.
AIRT - $10 0.9 million oat .34cents per share on the last earnings. Extended
GEOC - $23 7.2 million oat earning up 167 % huge V ‘s onward to 30 James
IDPH - $43 9.2 mil oat blow out earnings at .43 cup & handle set to go
NSIT - $42 5.9 million oat cup & handle set to go
USWB - $16? Huge V’s in the internet group, what else do you need.
MDMD - $18 2.9 million oat. Huge earnings at .26
