JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSON

We, LORETA A. PETRE, of legal age, widow, Filipino

Citizen, with residence at Miputak, Dipolog City, Zamboanga
del Norte, and JOSEMIER B. ABING, of legal age, married,
Filipino Citizen, with residence at Lower Dicayas, Dipolog City,
Zamboanga del Norte under oath depose and state that:

1. That we personally know NILA A. GONDOLA due to our

close family ties;

2. That we are not related NILA A. GONDOLA by blood or

affinity;

3. That we personally know that NILA A. GONDOLA is born

to spouses JOSE GONDOLA and PETRA A. GONDOLA
on July 10, 1969 at Tamarok, Jose Dalman, Zamboanga
del Norte;

4. That it is personally known to us that since her birth

NILA A. GONDOLA, was never registered before the
National Statistics Office or the Philippine Statistics
Authority, that is why the record of her birth does not
exist in the aforementioned Authorities;

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest the truth of

the foregoing facts for whatever legal purposes it may
serve.
