Good day! I am writing in regards to your excellent cadetship program.
I have just completed my three-year academe at Lyceum International
Maritime Academy and currently looking for a cadetship that will
enable me to have a successful transition from my academic training
to a real professional career.
As a dean’s list for six consecutive semesters I know I gained a lot of
knowledge throughout my academic journey inside the academy. I am
equipped with learnings regarding navigation, seamanship, the marine
environment, officers' responsibilities, and life at sea in general on my
program. My goal is to become a master mariner someday and I’m
certain that under your management I can broaden my experience and
grow my skills even more. Therefore, I am extremely interested in
working under your company for I know your ships and organization
will give me great skill development in the maritime field.
Despite the fact that I have no formal job experience in a shipboard
role, still I am confident enough to handle my responsibilities and
would be a good fit for the Deck Cadet position. I am a quick learner
who enjoys teamwork and is adaptable to many situations; I also
consider myself to be responsible, flexible, and ambitious. I am
physically and mentally fit to handle the challenges of life at sea.
