Warmest Greetings sir!
In connection with International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking
(IDADAIT) as an expression of its determination to strengthen action and cooperation to
achieve the goal of an international society free of drug abuse. Our common goal and
effort for a Drug Free Barangay.
In this regards, our barangay we will conduct an activity on August 8, 2021, 8:00 in
the morning at the barangay multi-purpose building. Our participants it will be
estimated 50, together with the personnel’s of the barangay, drug surrenderees, and
representative (1) from NGO’s, QCADAAC and QCPD Police Station 8. We will also
conduct mandatory drug testing to our surrenderees for monitoring purposes.
Further certify that we will follow the compliance from IATF and QC Government.
Rest assured that our participants completed their doses and present their vaccination card
with sealed. The Barangay will follow these requirements;
 Facemask and Face shield is a must
 Contact Tracing Form (Health Declaration Form)
 Thermal Scanner, Alcohol and sanitation provided from us
 BPSO for monitoring to maintain social distancing
 Installed Physical Barriers to maintain social distancing
(Blocking off chairs, markers, stickers on the floor for spacing)
 Availability of windows for adequate air exchange in enclosed (Indoor) areas.
 Availability of storage or trashcans for disposal of used of facemasks and other
infectious wastes.
We are sending the this request to your good office the said activity with your
permission to ensure further progress in the fulfillment of the requirements for the
Barangay Drug Clearing Operation.

consideration of our accomplishments in the program.
