Target Market:

The enterprise’s target market doesn’t choose age, gender, occupation, and income because first,
everyone, no matter what age and gender you have, needs to be healthy physically and mentally. Second,
the occupation doesn’t matter for wherever you are or what kind of environment you are working in,
sanitary kits will help you keep being clean and healthy. Third, since the products are affordable and
cheap, an income of a person doesn’t matter for they would be able to afford it unless they don’t have any
job. Lastly, the products will also promote cleanliness to people even if they are children, teens, and
adults for being clean and hygienic doesn’t choose whose it’s supposed to be for.

Product or Service Description:

Heartbeat Enterprise will release 2 different sanitary kits because it has different pouches. The
first pouch is a wallet-type pouch that’s big enough for the items to fit in that only cost for only 25 pesos.
It can be customized to different colors that the buyer wants or if they want it designed with characters or
their own choosing, it is also possible, but the cost might differ depending on the design that they want.
So, for now, let’s focus on the customized pouch color that has the same original price. The items that
will be found inside are surgical facemasks that originally cost 39 pesos a box with 50 pieces, but we will
put a piece inside, but the customers can also have an add-on if they want to for only 0.78 cents that will
be round off into 1 peso. Alcohol spray bottle with the enterprise’s logo will be the container of Ethyl
Alcohol with 70% solution, and each bottle will be 60 ml. For the antibacterial mouthwash, it will be
Colgate Plax Antibacterial Mouthwash Fresh mint Splash that also contains 60 ml each that kills 99% of
bacteria, and each of it costs 29 pesos each originally. As for the wet wipes, they will be saiveroy
antibacterial wet wipes that have a bacteriostatic effect of 99.9%. It will be put in the box for the
packaging with the enterprise’s logo on it so the products will not be damaged. And as stated in the
enterprise’s mission, the enterprise will give the best, satisfactory, as well as cheaper price products,
which is the reason why each set of kits with the wallet-type pouch design will only cost 103.99 pesos.
For the second kit, it contains all the same items with a different pouch. It will be a string-type pouch that
can be customized in color and design. The second kit will be sold for only 96.99 pesos. The buyer will
be the one to shoulder the shipping expenses, and the cost will depend on their location.

Price Computation and Method:

Heartbeat’s way of pricing is by multiplying a certain mark-up percentage with the total material
cost. The Ethyl Alcohol will be bought as a gallon with 70% solution that costs only 130 pesos that
contains 3400 ml, and it will be poured with the bought alcohol bottle spray that costs only 9 pesos and
already has 60 ml. The surgical facemasks will only be bought for 39 pesos a box that contains 50 pieces.
The antibacterial mouthwash will also be bought for only 29 pesos each that kills 99.9% of bacteria. The
antibacterial wet wipes will be bought as a pack and only costs for only 15 pesos. The pouches will cost
only 25 pesos and 19 pesos, while the box will cost only 7 pesos as the sticker where the logo will be
printed will cost only 51 pesos with 100 pieces already. Since the material cost of the first kit and second
kit is because of pouches, the mark-up percentage where it will be multiplied is the same. As the first kit
originally has a total of 86.24 pesos and will be multiplied with a 20% mark-up percentage, it will be sold
for only 103.99 pesos. However, since the second kit has a lower total material cost than the first kit
because it only has a total of 80.71 pesos, it will be sold for only 96.99 pesos if multiplied with a 20%
mark-up percentage.

Place:

Since Heartbeat Enterprise is only a starting company, it will only run with the help of one of
the best shopping apps, which is Shopee, as well as it will be sold in the Owner’s house, which is located
in Pampanga that’s near System Plus College Foundation and Robinsons Mall. Once the shop’s income
becomes stable, a physical store will be built for the shop. Since it will benefit the owner and will be able
to watch it properly, it will be built where the Owner’s province is. It will be located in Angeles City, one
of the places people visit to shop.

Promotion:

For technology is developing and times are changing, Heartbeat Enterprise will be promoted through
social media. Since the pandemic started, the number of people who are using social media is getting
higher each year. According to smart insights, there are about 57.6% of the world’s population that uses
social media in the year 2022 while there is 82.4 percent of the Philippine’s population that also uses
social media through smartphones, which is the reason why it will be going to be a smart move to post
promotional posters through social media where most people are in nowadays. The enterprise will post
them on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Shopee. The enterprise will use social media games or
giveaways to promote it as well as giving discounts to those who bought a certain number of products as
well as to those who are actively helping promote the enterprise and with those who have top fan badges
on Facebook, which will attract possible and future customers.

Projected Sales Volume:

The starting capital of Heartbeat Enterprise will be 3,000 pesos, and 30-40 pieces of kits are the estimated
number of kits that will be made. The total profit will be 3,014.7 to 4,013.6 pesos. The products are
expected to be sold at least 1 – 10 kits each week and a total of 30 to 40 kits in a month and a half of
selling.
