A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND DETERMINING THE CHARTER OF THE

SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BARANGAY MATINDEG, MUNICIPALITY OF
PURA, PROVINCE OF TARLAC.

Whereas, Section 20b of Republic Act 10742, otherwise known as the Sangguniang Kabataan
Reform Act of 2015, RA 10742, the Sangguniang Kabataan shall have financial independence in
its operations, disbursements and encashment of their fund, income and expenditures.

Whereas, the Sangguniang Kabataan of Pura will now be opening their Taxpayer Identification
Number as provided by the section 20b of Republic Act 10742.

NOW THEREFORE, on Joint Motion and Sponsorship.

RESOLVED, by the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Matindeg, to request as this Body

hereby respectfully requests, that the Bureau of Internal Revenue District office no. 17B provide
the needed Taxpayer Identification Number of this body

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to the office of the Bureau of
Internal Revenue District office no. 17B.
