1. TUJUAN
(PURPOSE)
a. Untuk memberikan pedoman mendasar dalam pekerjaan pengecoran beton sehingga pekerja
dapat bekerja efisien dan aman.
(To provide fundamental guidance in construction work for pouring concrete so that workers
can work efficiently and safely.).
b. Untuk memberikan pemahaman yang sama dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan yang muncul
selama proses pekerjaan pengecoran beton berlangsung.
(To provide the same understanding in solving the problems that arise during the process of
construction work for pouring concrete takes place).
c. Untuk memastikan pekerjaan berjalan sesuai dengan rencana kerja, selesai tepat waktu,
berkualitas dan tetap memperhatikan item-item dalam keselamatan kerja.
(To ensure the work goes according to the work plan, finish on time, quality, and keep the items
in occupational safety.)

2. RUANG LINGKUP APLIKASI

(SCOPE OF APPLICATION)
a. Ruang Lingkup
(Scope)
Rencana proyek bisnis PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik.
Panduan ini menjelaskan standard minimum yang akan diterapkan pada semua proyek
pekerjaan pengecoran beton yang meliputi pekerjaan persiapan, pembuatan campuran beton,
pengecoran beton di lantai, tiang, dan dinding, serta pekerjaan penyelesaian. Namun jika bagian
mana pun dari panduan ini bertentangan dengan atau memiliki standar yang lenih rendah dari
peraturan lokal, maka bagian yang sesuai dari peraturan lokal yang akan berlaku.

This guide explains the minimum standards that will be applied to all concrete casting projects
which include preparation work, making concrete mixes, pouring concrete on the floors,
column and walls, and finishing work. However where any part of this guideline conflicts with
or is of a lower standard than local regulations, then the corresponding section of the local
regulation will apply).
b. Responsibilitas
(Responsiblilities)
Tim Kualitas Kontrol dari PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik akan memastikan bahwa pedoman ini
dikomunikasikan kepada Tim Kualitas Kontrol dari pihak klien atau perwakilannya.
(PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik Project Quality control Advisor shall ensure that this guideline is
communicated to the Client Quality Control or Representative).
i. Dokument ini dibawah perhatian dari manajemen lapangan PT. Gamma Mandiri
Teknik, rekan dan subkontraktor.
(This document is brought to the attention of the appropriate PT. Gamma Mandiri
Teknik Site Management, PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik Partners and Subcontractors).
ii. Dimana persyaratan lokal tidak terpenuhi oleh pedoman ini, maka pedoman ini dapat
diubah agar sesuai atau ketentuan lain yang sesuai dibuat.
(Where local requirements are not met by this guideline, the guideline is amended to
suit or other suitable provisions are made).

Manajemen PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik dan rekanan akan memastikan bahwa para pekerja,
dimana mereka memiliki control langsung, mematuhi pedoman ini dan bahwa subkontraktor
dikelola dengan sesuai.
(Management of PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik and its Partners will ensure that the workers,
over whom they have direct control, comply with this guideline and that subcontractors are
managed accordingly).

Semua personel pengawas lapangan harus memantau dan melaporkan setiap pelaggaran
terhadap pedoman apa pun kepada manajer terkait.
(All Site Supervisory Personnel shall monitor compliance and report any breach of any
guideline to the appropriate manager).

5. PROSEDUR KERJA PENGECORAN BETON

(POURING CONCRETE WORK PRECEDURES)
a. Pekerjaan Persiapan (Work Preparation)
i. Melakukan tool box meeting dan menjelaskan rencana kerja.
(Do the tool box meeting and explain the work plan).
ii. Pekerja harus dalam keadaan sehat dan sudah dipastikan.
(Workers must be in good health and confirmed).
iii. Siapkan alat pelindung diri pekerja dengan menggunakan alat pelindung diri yang
lengkap dan standar.
(Prepare workers' personal protective equipment using complete and standard
personal protective equipment).
iv. Periksa posisi beton decking dan atau kaki tulangan apakah telah dapat memberikan
kepastian posisi tulangan tidak akan berubah selama dan setelah proses pengecoran
dilakukan.
(Check the position of the decking and / or reinforcing concrete whether it can provide
certainty that the position of the rebars will change during and after the casting
process is carried out).
v. Periksa sudut-sudut dan sambungan dari bekisting, apakah terdapat celah yang dapat
mengakibatkan keluarnya air semen. Bila ditemukan agar segera ditutup.
(Check the corners and connections of the formwork, whether there are cracks that can
cause the discharge of cement water. If found to be closed immediately).
vi. Periksa kekokohan bekisting apakah mampu menahan beban dari adukan beton yang
belum mengeras (untuk menghindari lendutan akibat beban adukan).
(Check the robustness of the formwork whether it is able to withstand the load of the
hardened concrete mix (to avoid deflection due to stir load)).
vii. Permukaan beton lama yang nantinya berhubungan dengan hasil pengecoran harus
mempunyai permukaan kasar dan telah disapu dengan spesi adukan semen yang sesuai
dengan campuran beton yang baru.
(The old concrete surface which will be associated with the casting results must have a
rough surface and has been swept with a cement mortar species that matches the new
concrete mixture).
viii. Periksa mix design campuran beton yang akan dipergunakan dalam pengecoran
nantinya.
(Check the mix design of the concrete mixture that will be used in casting later).
ix. Periksa kelayakan alat pengadukan beton dan alat penggetar (internal dan external).
(Check the feasibility of the concrete mixing device and vibrator (internal and
external)).
x. Periksa kebersihan area yang akan di cor dari kotoran dan sampah yang ada.
(Check the cleanliness of the area to be cast from dirt and garbage).

xi. Pemukaan sebelah dalam dari bekisting yang nantinya menempel dengan beton harus
dibasahi dengan air atau diolesi minyak yang tidak meninggalkan bekas.
(The inner surface of the formwork that later attaches to the concrete must be
moistened with water or smeared with oil that does not leave marks).

b. Pelaksanaan Pekerjaan Pengecoran (Pouring Work Implementation)

i. Membuat adukan beton sesuai dengan ketetapan mix design yang disepakati
menggunakan mesin pengadukan beton.
(Make a concrete mix according to the mix design provisions agreed upon using a
concrete mixing machine).
ii. Pengecoran dilakukan segera setelah selesai pengadukan dan sebelum beton tersebut
mulai mengeras.
(Pouring is done immediately after stirring and before the concrete begins to harden).
iii. Pengecoran beton harus dilanjutkan tanpa berhenti sampai dengan sambungan
konstruksi yang telah disetujui sebelumnya atau sampai dengan selesai. Hal ini
dimaksudkan agar tercapainya homogenitas beton secara keseluruhan untuk menjamin
sifat kedap air.
(Concrete casting must be continued without stopping until the construction connection
has been approved in advance or until completion. This is intended to achieve overall
concrete homogeneity to ensure water resistance).
iv. Jarak jatuh bebas ke dalam cetakan harus pada ketinggian kurang dari 150 cm, apabila
melebihi dapat menyebabkan segregasi spesi beton. Serta tidak diperkenankan
menimbun beton dalam jumlah banyak di suatu tempat dengan maksud untuk
kemudian meratakannya sepanjang bekisting.
(The free fall distance into the mold must be at an altitude of less than 150 cm, if it
exceeds can cause segregation of concrete species. And it is not permissible to store
large quantities of concrete in a place with the intention to then flatten it throughout
the formwork).
v. Lakukan slump test (tes kekentalan adukan beton) selama pelaksanaan pengecoran
untuk menjamin agar nilai air tetap sesuai dengan mix design.
(Perform a slump test during concrete casting to ensure that the water value remains
in accordance with the mix design).
vi. Lakukan pemadatan dengan menggunakan alat penggetar (internal atau external
vibrator). Hal ini dilakukan agar semua sudut-sudut terisi, sela-sela di antara dan di
sekeliling tulangan terpenuhi tanpa menggeser kedudukan tulangan tersebut membuat
agar permukaan jadi rata dan halus, mengeluarkan gelembung-gelembung udara dan
mengisi semua rongga. Cacat beton yang bias ditimbulkan dari hal ini adlah
terbentuknya sangkar kerikil.
(Compaction using a vibrator (internal or external vibrator). This is done so that all
corners are filled, the intervals between and around the reinforcement are met without
shifting the position of the reinforcement making the surface flat and smooth, removing
air bubbles and filling all cavities. Concrete defects that can result from this are the
formation of gravel cages).
vii. Lakukan perawatan setelah beton mulai mengeras dengan menyelimutinya dengan
bahan yang dapat menyerap air. Lembaran bahan harus dibuat jenuh dalam waktu

paling sedikitnya 3 hari. Perawatan beton juga dapat dilakukan dengan uap ataupun
dengan chemical.
(Perform maintenance after the concrete begins to harden by covering it with material
that can absorb water. Material sheets must be saturated within at least 3 days.
Concrete treatment can also be done with steam or with chemical).
viii. Apabila menggunakan bekisting kayu, bekisting tersebut harus dipertahankan basah
setiap saat sampai dibongkar.
(When using wood formwork, the formwork must be kept wet at all times until it is
dismantled).
ix. Lalu lintas ataupun penambahan beban selain beban sendiri tidak diperkenankan
sampai beton tersebut berumur 7 hari setelah pelaksanaan pengecoran.
(Traffic or additional expenses other than the load itself are not permitted until the
concrete is 7 days after casting).
x. Pada lantai beton yang difungsikan sebagai lantai aus harus dirawat setelah
permukaaannya mulai mengeras dengan cara ditutup oleh lapisan lembab paling sedikit
selama 21 hari.
(On concrete floors that function as worn floors must be treated after the surface
begins to harden by being covered by a moist layer for at least 21 days).

c. Pekerjaan Perawatan Hasil Pengecoran (Maintenance Work for Result of Pouring)

i. Periksa permukaan beton hasil pengecoran, apabila terdapat cacat seperti retak, ruang,
dan permukaan berpasir. Maka lakukan pemahatan pada lokasi yang rusak sampai ke
bagian yang utuh, membentuk permukaan yang tegak lurus terhadap permukaan beton.
Lubang harus dibasahi dengan air dan adukan semen acian (hanya air dan semen) harus
dioleskan pada permukaan lubang. Selanjutnya lubang diisi dan ditumbuk dengan
adukan yang kental yang merupakan campuran pengisi yang dipersyaratkan dan
dicampur 30 menit sebelum dipakai. Campuran yang dipersyaratkan harus mempunyai
kekuatan dan warna yang sama. Apabila diperlukan permukaan beton dapat dihaluskan
dengan amplas, gerinda sehingga seluruh permukaan menjadi rata dan halus.
(Check the casting concrete surface, if there are defects such as cracks, space, and
sandy surfaces. Then do the sculpting at the damaged location to the whole part,
forming a surface that is perpendicular to the concrete surface. The hole must be
moistened with water and the mortar mortar (only water and cement) must be applied
to the surface of the hole. The hole is then filled and pounded with a thick mixture
which is a required mixture of fillers and mixed 30 minutes before use. The required
mixture must have the same strength and color. If needed, the concrete surface can be
smoothed with sandpaper, grinding so that the entire surface becomes flat and
smooth).
ii. Pembongkaran bekisting tidak boleh dibongkar dari bidang vertical, dinding, kolom
yang tipis dan struktur yang sejenis lebih awal 30 jam setelah pengecoran beton.
(Demolition of formwork must not be dismantled from vertical, wall, thin columns and
similar structures earlier 30 hours after concrete casting).
iii. Lakukan pemeriksaan pada sambungan konstruksi untuk memastikan sambungan tidak
terjadi kebocoran dan discontinuity. Pemeriksaan dapat dilakukan dengan
penyemprotan air atau penggenangan air pada lokasi sambungan konstruksi, apabila
terjadi rembesan maka sambungan konstruksi itu harus diperbaiki.

(Check the construction joints to make sure the connection does not leak and
discontinuity. Inspection can be carried out by spraying water or inundating water at
the location of the construction connection, if there is seepage, the construction
connection must be repaired).

d. Akhir Pekerjaan (End of Work)

i. Lakukan house keeping setelah pekerjaan selesai.
(Do house keeping after the job is finished).
ii. Rapikan dan bersihkan lagi semua peralatan dan letakkan di dalam kotak penyimpanan
alat-alat kerja.
(Arrange and clean all equipment again and place it in a work tool storage box).
iii. Pasang papan nama dan barikade pada lokasi area pengecoran yang masih basah, agar
tidak diinjak pekerja sebelum beton tersebut mengeras.
(Install the nameplate and barricade at the location of the casting area that is still wet,
so that the worker does not step on it before the concrete hardens).

6. KEBIJAKAN PEKERJAAN
(WORK POLICY)
PT. Gamma Mandiri Teknik akan menyediakan supervisor sipil untuk mengendalikan kegiatan
pengecoran beton di lokasi proyek PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pembangkitan Sebalang.
(PT. Garuda Teknik Persada will provide civilian supervisors to control the pouring concrete activities
at the project location of PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pembangkitan Sebalang).

Pengawas ini akan memeriksa pekerjaan sbenarnya dan membandingkan dengan spesifikasi klien untuk
pekerjaan ini sebelum melanjutkan ke perkerjaan berikutnya.
(This supervisor will checking actual work and compare with Client specification for this works before
go to the next work).

a. Peralatan Keselamatan Kerja (Work Protective Equipment)

Untuk para pekerja akan dilengkapi dengan peralatan keselamatan kerja untuk melindungi
pekerja tersebut, diantaranya :
(For the workers at site project will be equipped with safety equipment to protect the worker,
including).
i. Helm keselamatan (Safety Helmet).
ii. Sepatu Safety (Safety Shoes).
iii. Masker Debu (Dust Mask).
iv. Kacamata Pelindung (Safety Glasses).
v. Sarung Tangan (Hand Glove).
vi. Baju Kerja (Uniform).
vii. Tanda Pengenal (ID Card).
