DEMANDS FOR DAMAGES.

Dear Shadreck,

You and your accomplices, Frank Katamala and others, under the

Excellence Assured banner, issued fake certificates between 2020

and 2022. Students who were duped, “Excellence Assured" and the

legitimate signatories who had their signatures faked are likely to

pursue legal action against you. Be mindful that your ally Peter has

admitted and compensated for his role.

For the brand image damage you've done to Excellence Assured,

the company is asking for a total of MK 8, 950, 000 eight million and

nine hundred and fifty thousand Malawian kwacha;

All affected students are entitled to restitution and they can file

lawsuits against you if you don't comply.

If our demands are not met, Excellence Assured Limited will pursue

legal action to collect the debt.

The deadline for meeting our requirements is 15th November 2022.
