"Mental health is not a quotidian topic that needs discussion", is the assumption of

mental illness. Psychological well-being sickness is an authoritative opinion not delineated
much in the realm of the average person. the acceptance that somebody succumbing to
psychological instability is either a casualty of Satan or underhanded spirits is generally

Such sickness is for the most part ascribed to extraordinary causes—it is viewed as a revile, a
spell, or a test from God. This polarity needs mindfulness/acknowledgment of the genuine
reality. This need mindfulness has prompted a wide spread dread in individuals to get treated
and get marked as mad, insane, moronic and so on thus mentally sick people generally isolate

realize that you will be there for them if they need to talk to someone in times when
they feel like talking to someone without any judgements
 If a person shows evident signs of self-harm, guide them to a therapy
session. Because many youngsters in Pakistan suffer through the problem of self-
harm but they are unwilling to accept help as it is considered a weakness to be
mentally ill- especially for men.

them.
 People often misjudge dysfunctional behavior, among youngsters. This
is due to lack of awareness. This can be overcome by communicating with kids and
educating them about the importance of mental health and how to deal with stressors
in their life. The education should be age appropriate. For instance, talk about the
problem that could be relate-able to the age group.
