A PRIVATE TREASURY CID OFFICER confirmed that this new way is correct!
We were informed that we need to write "Deposit to U.S. Treasury and Credit to original
presenter in the amount of whatever the alleged debt/charge is".
We sent some A4V's about a month ago and this "credit method" worked on those
A4V's.
• Send these new A4V's to all three IRS offices, but also send a copy to the
original presenter. It's kind of like securing a notary [witness]. The IRS has a copy
if the original presenter rejects.
• Also make it clear to the company that one has been sent to the IRS by writing
on the A4V'd returned bill in BOLD LETTERS: "A Copy has been sent to the
IRS." This is to deter the company from billing you again and shows that the
matter is being settled. The IRS has proof that you did discharge the debt legally
if the company harasses you!
• If you want the process done faster, send it to the company first and then send it
to the IRS a few days later! Send an A4V for the same company to all three IRS
offices still. We heard that Ogden is getting overrun and so KY is better!
• Winston Shrout says send A4V's to Treasury CID Offices across the nation which
are different that IRS CID Offices. We believe the IRS CID offices which are the
three we have always recommended are the only ones there are! If you can find
some a list of addresses for Treasury CID Offices, send them to us!
• We did find one of these offices, but why is there not a list anywhere? We still
maintain that our 3 original IRS offices are correct! Feel free to let us know!
• Jean Keating [Eccentric Commercial Genius and Sam Kennedy and Tim Turner's
Mentor] says there is no U.S. Treasury and to send A4V'S to the
D.T. C.C./D.T.C. in New York! We know this Corporation holds all the birth
certificates, but we can't verify sending A4V'S there at this point! Again let us
know what you can verify!
We are leaving our older method online as this older method is correct for IRS BILLS
ONLY! On the front of the IRS Presentment a4v, you still only write Deposit to U.S.
Treasury [the old way-without this new language]. Again, only use our older method for
IRS BILLS ONLY!
• We talked to an IRS agent and he asked why are you guys making these all out
to the US Treasury?
• He said the only ones that should be made out to the Treasury are IRS bills.
• Everything else needs to be made Payable to the vendor.
• You still send the A4V to the IRS offices, but make them payable to the vendor
you are paying off.
• He said writing CREDIT TO on the money order is the equivalent to making the
Money order payable to the original presenter. You need to write: Payable to
U.S. Treasury and Credit to Presenter.
• Note: We have heard of some folks only making the money order payable to the
presenter, but so far none of those have worked. We will update you on this!
• Please let us know what you know as verifiable facts inform us about any
successes with this process so it can be shared with others and perfected .
• We know a lot about commerciai processes and remedies , but we don't know
everything ! Input from our students helps!

proper banker's acceptance format.
5. Pending the return of 'money with substance and with valuable consideration and
backing, any attempt to submit liability instruments further increases the national debt
and places all concerned deeper into involuntary servitude and; upon proof of claim that
you can show me your written instrument that allows you to hold me in a state of
involuntary servitude, I honorably instruct that you execute my order to lawfully
