Replace PowerOne for Phoenix power supply

 Take the robot out of operation


 Switch off the automatic fuses

 Switch off the main switch and/or remove the power plug of the robot from the wall
socket.
 Disconnect and remove the old power supply
 Remove the top bolts (red arrows) from the back plate and unscrew the bolts below
(green arrows).

 Remove the 3 supports - unscrew the 3 bolts at the back side with an allen key number 5,
this is not easy)
 Fix the metal plate (with Din rail) part number: 5.1003.9420.0
 Fix the bolts of the back plate
 Connect the wiring of the 230V power supply only. (you need longer wires. brown, bleu
and yellow/green)

Do not install the 24V circuit to the power supply!

Because you must adjust the voltage output without load!!


 Connect the earth wire (input) to the ground (output)

 Switch on the main switch or install the power plug of the robot to the wall socket.
 Switch on the automatic fuses.

 Increase the voltage output of the power supply to 26.80V by turning the potential
meter clockwise. Measure the output voltage with a multi meter between + and -.
 Switch off the automatic fuses

 Switch off the main switch and/or remove the power plug of the robot from the wall
socket.
 Install the wires to the 24V output.
 Switch on the main switch or install the power plug of the robot to the wall socket.
 Switch on the automatic fuses.

 Startup the robot.


 Put the robot in operation.
