At the end of every year, a salesman is given the total of his sales, Bonus and a Comment.
i. Design the worksheet using the following information. Save it as
Question4_Sales (3 marks)

ii. Sort the spreadsheet in alphabetic order of name (2 marks)


iii. Insert the following data between Farai and Alois:
Tanatswa Machoni $80 000 (2 marks)
iv. Add two columns labelled “Bonus” and “Comment” (1 mark)

For $85 000 or more, the Bonus is 10% and comment is “Excellent”, For $65 000 or more the
bonus is 7% and comment is “Good work”, for $50 000 or more, the Bonus is 5% and
comment is “Can do better” otherwise the bonus is 2% and the comment is “Work Hard”.
Calculate for each salesman the Bonus which is a percentage of sales. Give each salesman a
suitable bonus and a comment as shown above (6 marks)
v. Add rows below your worksheet labeled Maximum bonus, Minimum sales and
Average sales. Using formulae, calculate the maximum bonus, minimum sales
and average sales. Print the worksheet (3 marks)
vi. Design a pie chart to display names and sales. The chart should display names and
percentages. Give an appropriate heading (4 marks)
vii. Insert borders on all entries (2 marks)
viii. Display the formulae in landscape format (2 marks)
ix. Save as Question4_final (2 marks)
